They are the most important aspects of our lives - our relationships with our parents, boyfriends / girlfriends,  husband / wife,  children, grandchildren, friends, neighbours etc.

Jesus told us in John 14: 6 that He is "the Way - the Truth & the Life"  What this means is this:

If YOU want to have a relationship with GOD YOU COME To Jesus & HE will provide YOU with a WAY to have a relationship with Him self - His father & Holy Spirit.

It is about a person more then a philosophy:

It is about the most important relationship of all - our Relationship with God who made us.

Jesus said that the first and greatest commandment is to Love God. The second is to Love OUR NEIGHBOUR.

Therefore it is about about relationship with OTHER People!!

Many well known psychologists of the 20th century have recognized this: Freud said "People are HUNGRY for LOVE" - Jung said "People are Hungry for security" -   Adler said " People are hungry for significance.

We humans strive for recognition NO Matter what the may be, but most of all we strive for Hunger to be loved by others.

Jesus said "I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE" [John 6: 35}. In other words "If you want your hunger satisfied, come to me."

Jesus said "I am the LIGHT of the World {John 8: 12} - in other words "If you can not see where you are heading - come to Jesus & He will LIGHT  UP the way for you."

Jesus said that "I am the Resurrection & the Life. He who believes in me WILL LIVE, even though he dies" {JOHN 11: 25-26}.

You & I were created to live in  a relationship with God a la - Genesis 2: when God created Adam & Eve & Their placement in the Garden of Eden. When they slipped up & sinned they didn't repent against their sin against one another & against God - but they turned Blame.

Adam Blamed God for giving Him Eve - Eve blamed devil for tempting her etc.

Ever since that Time Humanity has in some form BLAMED ONE ANOTHER for their own faults & for faults of others, And BLAMING GOD for everything that has happened in their life. Where in some instances - this may be the case. What we should be doing is ACCEPTING People  for who they are - "humans" - with sinful nature & Learning to Accept God's ways & not ours.

It is so important to give other people leeway's that we give our selves when we make errors of judgement. Yet so many people TURN TO BLAME THEMSELVES when they make an "error" of judgement, instead of chalking it up as an LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

How then are we to FORGIVE our fellow brother & sister if we can not forgive our selves?

That is the $64 million question!

I personally have leared that JESUS Forgave me nearly 2000 years ago for my erroneous ways - & He forgave everyone else of their erroneous ways - SO WHO AM I THAT I CAN NOT FORGIVE OTHERS FOR THEIR SINS AGAINST ME??

NO Body - That's who!!

Since I have come to that realization life has been ever so much easier. My Ability to Forgive Others is done before it happens, that way when they do sin - IT IS ALREADY FORGIVEN SO I can Go on & forget about it & lead a Normal life without to many problems to worry about.

Yes, I still worry, but that just shows that I am human after all. This worry though, doesn't take over my life any more - it only lasts a short time.

This didn't happen over night! It was only when I Developed MY Relationship with Christ that Life Became easier.

I finally Found that MISSING COG in my life - That COG WAS  RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST!!  Blessed be His name for ever.

When we look  at many Movie stars / ROCK STARS - they all have MORE MONEY than they know what to do with, yet they commit suicide & they are always striving to achieve something else. Don't they?

Many Turn to drugs - which only satisfy their thirst for a HIGH or instant Gratification, but they feel hollow afterwards or after a  short span of time they want MORE of the same.

There are many divorces, as they can not find happiness with one partner etc. etc. etc.

 Even close human relationships, wonderful though they are, do not fulfil or satisfy this deep emptiness deep inside. There is NOTHING that can fill this EMPTINESS deep down like God does.

According to the Word of God - this is, because men & women have TURNED Their backs on GOD.

WE Humans find "things" to keep us amused & we find ways of Satisfying the DESIRES OF THE FLESH.

Some Turn to Other partners - some turn to alternative way of life & say that they are born like that - some turn to alcohol - some turn to crime etc.

All of these are desires of the Flesh: If I were to say I LOVE the person of the same sex - then it is OK - as I was Born that way!!

If on the other hand I were to say - that I Love Younger girls / boys: Then I am the WORST of the Kind -I am classed as a Pedophiliac.

If I were to say - that I am happily married, but I like to have sexual relations with other women or men - then I would be classed as a house wrecker as I am breaking up happy house holds.

Yet in all occasions that I mentioned above - I AM BORN With those desires just as the person who is born with the desires  to have sexual relations with the same sex. One is OK as far as we humans are concerned & others are not - Funny that hey??

To God - all of these desires are of the FLESH & are WRONG:  What He wants us to do is to HAVE A ONE ON ONE RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM & then the rest - or those perverse desires will wane & eventually go away.

We are a TEMPLE OF GOD - Yes "YOU"  are a temple of GOD & Where God is there is much easier life & no worries as such. When we became born again of the Spirit we became NEW CREATIONS OF GOD.

Jesus tells us in John 6:35 that HE is the BREAD OF LIFE.  Only Jesus can FULFIL that thirst and hunger that dwells within us for sinful desires. This is not an instant response with everyone as not all can give their life over to Christ that easily. While for others it is an instant thing.  This is so, because it is Jesus who can & does make it possible to RESTORE Us to a relationship with God - Himself!!

We humans have this tendency to answer this question: What Am I HERE ON THIS EARTH FOR? In other words as Albert Camus once said - "Man Can not live without meaning."

The true fact is \ that / until we are living in a RELATIONSHIP with God we will never find true meaning and purpose of life. Many things in our lives will provide a PASSING Gratification - or Satisfaction, BUT IT NEVER LASTS THE DISTANCE of our human existence.

More Importantly: Jesus satisfies our  Hunger for life BEYOND death. He tells us many times in NT. that anyone who believes In Him WILL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE - This belief includes "honouring Him" as we honour His Father.

Only Jesus can satisfy our hunger for Forgiveness.

If we are honest with our selves, we know that we do things that are wrong - yet we do them, I know I do. Sometimes the human element just takes over & I say & do things that I Know I shouldn't, But with Christ I know that I have forgiveness so I calm down very quickly & apologize very quickly for doing wrong to some one - no matter how small that may be.

Jesus tells us in Mark 7: 20 -23 "What comes out of you is what makes you "unclean." For from within, out of your hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make you "unclean.""

Our GREATEST NEED is for FORGIVENESS - Just because we have said something to some one - we need them to FORGIVE US FOR THAT ERROR of Judgement. SAME APPLIES to the Other person, Just because they have said or done something bad to you, You are to Forgive them for those wrongs against you.

Yes I know - I can hear you saying - YEAH RIGHT!!  That is easy for him to say on the web page, but I bet he doesn't do it in real life. Well: I was like that - but now life is different with CHRIST & I can & DO Forgive those who do me wrongs. I just ask this question - Why did you  say that or do that - No matter how much I may be hurting inside - I still want to know why that person said that to me. It really helps with forgiveness.

That person may have had a bad time just previously & I was the one that Coped the ire of the difficulty that that person had. So when I find out what it was - we can talk it out & not Think about the event that just happened - but we can go forward & have a better & happy day ahead of us, Rather then to carry that Hurt for the whole day or until that person asks me for my forgiveness.

By Jesus death on the cross - He made it POSSIBLE FOR ALL of us to be forgiven and be brought back into a relationship with God. So how can we harbour a grudge against our fellow brother & sister - Mother & Father - our neighbour or even a stranger that we haven't met before?

 Let's Forgive as HE has Forgiven us & life will be so much more easier for all!!  Try it- you may be surprised of the reactions you will start to receive.

Jesus is the most remarkable human being that ever lived - He is Gods SON - or Son of God -He is our creator - John 1: 3; Gen. 1& 2 - HE is the one who had Himself Crucified on the Cross for our Transgressions & Not His - He is the one who Spoke to Adam & Eve - Abraham - DAvid & all the Prophets of old as well as he disciples & Apostles.

HE speaks today to all those who want to listen to Him. He is the one that has no beginning Heb 7:3 for those who want to query this- see also Zac 12: 10 & Malachi 3:1].

He Died "for" us - or should I say "Instead of us" so that we may have ETERNAL LIFE In His Kingdom after we pass on from this human existence & Our spirit returnees to Him for Judgement John 5: 22- 23; 12: 26 & Ecc 12: 7.

He died FOR us - because HE Loved us so much & He didn't want us to pay the penalty for all those things that we had done wrong. On the cross he effectively said "I am taking upon myself all those things that you have done wrong against God."

Paul writes it like this in Gal. 2: 20 " The Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me."

Such Powerful words - Jesus died FOR YOU!! That's how much He LOVES YOU!!

In Jesus we have Freedom from Guilt - the wages of sin is death Romans 6: 23:

In Jesus we have  Freedom  from Addiction - Anyone who sins is a SALVE TO SIN John 8:34. When the Son sets you free YOU WILL BE  FREE INDEED John 8:3:.

In Jesus we have Freedom from the fear of death Hebrews 2:14:

In Jesus we have FREEDOM to know God - Isaiah 59: 2 - In the OT. time only a few people had Freedom to talk to God directly - Now we can do that in Jesus name:

In Jesus we have Freedom to Love -"We Love because HE loved us First" 1 John 4: 19:

In Jesus we have freedom to Change & Not worry about human elements. This adage "You are what You are" it does not Hold with Jesus.

Holy Spirit gives us the Freedom to live the sort of lives we always  wanted to live. Paul tells us in Galatians 5: 22 That the FRUIT of the Spirit is  "Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, faithfulness, gentleness & self control. When we ask the Spirit of God to Come & Live within us these wonderful characteristic begging to grow in our lives.

So, God offers us in Christ Jesus forgiveness, freedom and His Spirit to live in us John 3: 3-7; 1 john 5: ; Galatians 4: 5-7 & Romans 8: 1-16.

All of these are Gift from God:

When someone offers YOU a gift it is up to YOU to ACCEPT it or Not, the choice is completely YOURS & NO ONE ELSE'S!!  You can open it or say "Thanks, But NO THANKS."

The sad thing is that MANY say "Thanks, But NO Thanks" to God's Offer.

They say "I have NO NEED of God I can do EVERYTHING MY SELF."

That is Ok - But people do Not realize that what we need is FORGIVENESS & NOT HAPPINESS. It takes a very proud person to have to say that they have NO NEED FOR FORGIVENESS.

We all Need Forgiveness & I am Jumping In First - I need forgiveness for the wrongs that I have done to the ones I love - How about YOU??

HOW WOULD YOU CHILD FEEL IF YOU DIDN'T FORGIVE HIM / HER FOR THEIR LITTLE MISHAPS??

DO YOU BUY your child's Love? Can Your Child Buy your Love?

The answer is NO To both isn't it?  We Offer Our LOVE FREE of Charge NO MATTER what our children have done wrong. WE do not Force it upon them - we JUST Let them know that it is available at all time NO MATTER WHAT!!

Please remember that God is Our Father & our Righteous Judge also!! Either we accept what Jesus has done for us on the cross, or one day we will pay the penalty ourselves for the things we have done wrong.

Some say there is TOO MUCH To GIVE UP!!

Sometimes, God puts His finger on something in Our lives which we know is wrong & which we would have to give up if we want to enjoy this relationship with God through Jesus.

We MUST Remember that God Loves us: He Only asks us to give up things which  do us Harm.

If Your children were playing with a carving knife - what Would you do?  I know I would tell them to STOP & I would take it away from them & I am sure that You would do the same. Not Because we want to ruin their fun but because we do not want them to get hurt. God does the same thing to us.

Yes, it would be nice if He gave everyone a Million Dollar Lottery win - BUT how many Loose it & end up having a  divorce because as a direct result of the win. Do you get the picture??  YES I Know YOU would be Different if you won that amount of money, & I bet that I WOULD DO IT BETTER THEN YOU :-))  LOL!!

The reality is this; What we Give up in our Human life is NOTHING to what Jesus tells us we will have in His Kingdom!! The Cost of Not Becoming a Christian is FAR Greater then the Cost of Becoming a Christian.

The Cost IS NOTHING when we compare to what Jesus had to Give UP When HE died ON THE CROSS FOR YOU & ME!!

The Reason for this is: That People find it hard that there is such a  thing as FREE LUNCH with NO Strings attached.  It all sounds to easy so there must be a trap of some Kind??  This is the case with ALL THE CULTS & NOT with Jesus.

Any Religious Group that TELLS you that You MUST DO Something to attain Your salvation is Not Of Christ -   Jesus  tells us that "HE" is the way the truth & life & NOT ANY ORGANIZATION..  Jesus tells us that anything any one tells you must be done HE HAS ALL READY DONE IT FOR YOU!!

The reality is that none of us is good enough, nor can we make our selves good enough for God. But that is why Jesus came. HE MADE IT POSSIBLE for God to accept us JUST AS WE ARE - No matter how much of a mess we have made in our lives. HE Loves us just as we are.

Some say - I could not keep it up: We are right to think that we could not keep it up. But Holy Spirit WILL GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH to KEEP IT UP & keep going as a Christian. All that You have to do is ask!!

Some say - I'll do it later:  Well - this may be so & it is a good excuse - I know it too well as I used to put it off & off.

Now that I look back - I am ever so happy that I wasn't in a situation like Princes of Wales was in - or many other High Profile people. Sometimes that "TIME" Runs out before we know it & then what??

If we Knew where that place was going to be - we would never go there, would we?

Fact is we do not know what is coming around the next corner - so it s best to have all the bets Covered with GODS GRACE.

Good question - hey??

John Tells us that "God LOVED the world so much that He gave His Only Son that WHOEVER believes in Him will NOT Perish but Have Eternal Life." John 3:16

This act of Belief INVOLVES an ACT OF FAITH, based on all that we know about who Jesus is. It is Not Blind Faith. It is putting our trust in a person - like newly weds when they say "I DO" or "I WILL" on their wedding day.

THE difference between people in this act of faith does vary - but here are few simple steps that may help.

1 - Ask God to Forgive you by saying THAT YOU ARE "SORRY" for all the things that you have done wrong & then TURN from Everything which YOU KNOW is wrong in your life.

That is what Bible tells us that REPENTANCE IS!!

2 - Thank YOU - tell Jesus that You believe that he died on the cross for YOU! You do need to thank Him for dying for you & for the Offer of His Free gift of Grace, for His Gift of Forgiveness & Freedom & His Spirit.

3 - Please - You need to ask HIM TO COME INTO YOUR LIFE. HE NEVER EVER forces His way in to anyone's life. This way His Spirit will live within Your Heart & He will guide you.

If you are willing to do these 3 things here is a small prayer that will help you get started.

Lord Jesus Christ,

I am sorry for the Things I have done wrong in my life {take a short while to ask His forgiveness for anything particular that is on your conscience}. Please forgive me. I now turn from everything which I know is wrong.

Thank you that you died on the Cross for me so that I could be forgiven and set free.

Thank you that you offer me forgiveness and the gift of your Spirit. I NOW RECEIVE THAT GIFT.

Please come into my life by Your Holy Spirit to be with ME FOREVER.

Continue to read the Gods Word - Bible - Trust in Him - He is our heavenly Father & He wants us to have a closer relationship with him.

We develop our relationship with Him as We LISTEN to what He is saying to us through His Spirit.

Start to speak to God every day By ACTS that is

A - Adoration - Praising God for who He is and what He has done for you.

C - Confession - Asking God's Forgiveness & not to man for any thing that we have done wrong.

T - Thanksgiving - for the health, family, friends etc.

S - Supplication - praying for ourselves, for our friends and for others.

4 - Join a Lively Church that you can fellowship with other Christians who DO NO IMPOSE THEIR OWN SET OF RULES & REGULATIONS - But Worship Jesus as the Disciples & Apostles did.

Any group that doesn't Worship according to the Word of God - I would stay away from! Personal Choice & recommendation.
Church should be an EXCITING PLACE & Not Bondage!!
