WT ADMITS TO MAKING PROPHESIES
The following information is taken
directly from WT & Awake magazines.
I will scan some of the material
so that you can see the originals & some of it I will type in as the
space on the web page is running out.
First part is Scanned from
WT magazine September 1 - 1997 page 21 & 22
As you can see from section 15 WT clearly admits to being eager
in making false prophesy. Note the date 1914 also. Hmmm!!! Now in Awake
magazine dated May 6, 1998 they say this:
I will scan the entire page so that you see the whole picture &
deception.
The bits that are really of interest are Highlighted
in GREEN
There are few things to point out on this page:
1: last paragraph on R/h side & top paragraph on L/h side WT
clearly states that Knowledge of Fulfilling Prophecies of God
"IS NOT UNDER HUMAN JURISDICTION"
Which is 100% true!!
But for WT to admit to that & then go
&s ay that they DID Prophecy & their Prophecies FAILED - Then according
to Deuteronomy 18: 20 - 22 tells us this: NIV Text.
"But a prophet who presumes to speak in
my name ANYTHING I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks
in the name of other gods, must be put to death. 21
You may say to yourself, 'How can we know when a message HAS NOT been spoken
by the Lord?' 22
If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord Does NOT Take Place
or come True, that is a message the Lord has NOT Spoken, Do not be afraid
of him."
AS you can see from the Scripture - ANYONE
who proclaims something that does NOT come true is NOt From God.
That being the case - then WT IS NOT
God's prophet as they have proclaimed prophecies which have NOT
come true & have ADMITTED to Doing so in their OWN Publications.
Then they MUST BE False Prophet & NOT
God's Witness today as GOD Does Not say things & then those things
DON'T Come True. Or does He?? {Emphasis mine}
What do you say??
GB & WT have many times said that Jehovah
Speaks to them today:
For example WT magazine dated July
15 th 1998 page 14 section 21:
"How happy we are that Jehovah IS Still
speaking to us today, Through His Word & His ORGANIZATION!"
I ask you, If this was true - Why didn't
their prophecies come true??
Because they are NOT God's Prophet!!
Anything that God says COMES TRUE - Right!!
May be what they said in WT magazine of May
15th 1998 page 19 has something to do with it.
"Another test we light face relates to
.. the counsel provided by the Faithful slave class.. Will we QUESTION
the Wisdom of the Counsel offered?"
May be WT magazine of June 1 - 1998 page
17 gives us a better example:
"How vividly these examples teach us to
Listen to counsel and to respect those whom Jehovah uses in position of
responsibility!! .. Some will, at times, criticize a decision made
by a Body of Elders or Judicial committee. Never would we want to
pose a spiritual danger to others."
May be WT magazine of August 15th 1998 page
12 section 11:
" Those who view Jehovah as their confidence
also show confidence in the MEN Jehovah chooses to use in the outworking
of His purpose.. For us today, IT MEANS HAVING CONFIDENCE IN 'THE FAITHFUL
AND DISCRETE SLAVE appointed to give us 'Spiritual Food at the proper time,'
as well as those from among them who from Governing Body." Matthew
24: 45
Section 12 goes on to say:
"Actually, PLACING Our Confidence in those
taking the lead in the Christian congregation is for OUR OWN BENEFIT."
Wouldn't you say that those passages are
interesting to read??
In WT magazine of March 15th 1998 page 11
we read this;
"Some may have been told that Jehovah's
Witness belong to a religious organization that enslaves its members, exercises
authoritarian control over them, unduly restricts their freedom, and throws
them out of step with society as a whole."
On page 19 it continues:
"In order to avoid misunderstanding, Jehovah's
Witness try to be careful about how they express themselves. Instead of
saying, 'The SOCIETY TEACHES,' many Witness prefer to use such expressions
as, 'The Bible says' or ' I Understand the Bible to teach.' In this way
they emphasize the personal decision that each Witness has made in accepting
Bible teachings and also avoid giving the false impression that Witness
are somehow bound to the dictates of some Religious sect."
How do those words strike
you??
Talk about placing the blame
on INDIVIDUAL JW's - Who after all are FOLLOWING the WT Teachings word
for word.
Please note what the same magazine
on Page 18 says:
".. the Witness USE Watch
Tower Society as a legal instrument .. the Witness are dedicated to God,
not to any legal agency.. If as Witness makes decision on the basis
of Bible counsel OFFERED BY THE GOVERNING
BODY, he does so of his own volition because
his own study of the Bible has convinced him that this is the proper course.
Each Witness is influenced by God's own word to apply sound
Scriptural counsel offered by Governing
Body, in full recognition that decisions he
makes will affect his personal relationship with God, to whom he is dedicated."
I ask you - as a reader
of this page!!
WHO IS DICTATING the terms
- Bible it's self or Governing Body??

is in effect DIRECTING Individual JW's decisions.
It is NOT the Bible it's self
as ALL the directives come from GB & hence each JW MUST Follow these
directives or else he / she is disfellowshipped.
