"Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgressions, SALVATION has Come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. But if their Transgressions means riches for the World, and their loss means riches for Gentiles, HOW MUCH GREATER RICHES WILL THEIR FULLNESS BRING!"

Paul wrote the above words to Romans Ch 11: 11-12.

Please take close note how he says that HOW MUCH MORE the Fullness in their Faith will bring to them when they accept Messiah as their savour!!

Before we go there let's see few other aspects first.

There are many people who tell us that celebrating Christmas is wrong & of pagan origin.

If we are to take this stance then we are also to take in to account that wearing wedding rings is also wrong, as that custom is also from pagan times.

When we allow our human desires to take over our Spiritual desires we run the gauntlet of being deceived by the devil, but when we allow our spiritual nature to control us , then there is no problem with celebrating any day unto the Lord.Romans 14; 5-6.

What is important is our heart condition & NOT what seems to be right  in the eyes of our fellow brothers & sisters.

In Luke 1:14 we read that we will rejoice the birth of John the Baptist. Now I ask you, how much more should we rejoice the Birth Of Jesus Christ ??

Just because it is set on different day then the original birth day, does it really matter ? As long as we do it unto the Lord it matters not.

Another fact to consider is this:  The celebration should be on the MIRACULOUS CONCEPTION. Because, if God didn't impregnate Mary with HIS OWN SEED there would be NO Birth of Messiah as - Human to Human birth reproduces another human who has INHERITING SIN FACTOR From Adam.

There have been many women who have given the birth to many children - so the birth it's self is not such a big thing. Yes  Jesus is a special child as He is God & Human moulded in "one" package. Isaiah 9: 6 - Zac. 12: 10 - Malachi 3:1 - John 1:1 Matthew 1: 23 etc.

When we consider the fact that Jesus was born some time in mid to late October & we work back 40 weeks or 280 days {on Jewish Calendar & not our calendar of today}  for the gestation period that child goes through from Conception to birth you will come up with a surprising day!

What has crept into the celebration of Christmas = Easter etc. is the Commercialization of it all.

This does not mean that we are to spend thousand's of dollars on Christmas & Easter  presents etc, but to worship the Lord & His Miraculous conception - Birth - Death - Resurrection.

Personally we should worship the Lord Every day,which is a Bible teaching – we find this in Philippians 4:4 -which reads like this.

"Rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS. I will say it again:Rejoice!"

In 1 Peter 4;13-14 we read “ But Rejoice, in as much as ye are partakers of Christ sufferings; that, when His glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also ‘with exceeding joy’ , if ye be reproved for the  Spirit of Glory & God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

v 16- states – “Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him be ashamed; BUT LET HIM GLORIFY GOD ON THIS BEHALF.

Therefore -  if we Glorify God on any day or in any respectful way then we are doing the right thing, according to these passages & not pagan things. Anyone that speaks against those who Glorify God  are ‘evil spoken’.

Not my words, but from Bible. Just because some people make a big thing about the holiday season – in no way does it make it a pagan thing to do. Provided that we do it unto the LORD & not unto commercialism or us. Wouldn’t you agree?

Gentiles were given the GRACE of God –  Jewish people rejected the Gods Word for many centuries & in turn rejected the Messiah & His Teachings i.e.. "Christ's teaching" - & later the teachings of the apostles.

They were ever so intent of FOLLOWING their own rules & regulations & not what God ASKED them to do.

Apostle Paul was, so rejected that even he turned to teaching the Gentiles. I am of the opinion, that Gentiles are so fortunate to be given the opportunity to worship in the Spirit & not under the Law of sacrifices.

This doesn't mean that we are to BOAST About it as we are only GRAFTED IN to the root & WE MUST NOT BE ARROGANT About this, but be afraid. For god didn't' SPARE THE NATURAL Branches, He will not spare us either. Rom 11: 19 -21.

In Romans 1: 16 Paul tells us that he {Paul}  is NOT ashamed of the gospel because it is the POWER of GOD For the salvation of EVERYONE who believes; To The Jew First & then for the Gentiles.

In verse 17 he tells us that RIGHTEOUSNESS is BY FAITH from FIRST to last.: Just as it is written The Righteous shall live by FAITH.

In Deuteronomy 30: 6 we read "The Lord your God WILL Circumcise YOUR HEARTS and the Hearts of Your Descendants, so that YOU may LOVE Him with ALL YOUR Heart and with all your soul, and live."

In Romans 2: 28-29 we read: " A man is Not a Jew if he is only one outwardly. nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a man is a JEW IF HE IS one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man's praise is not from men, but from God.

in verse 20 he tells us: "Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing Law; Rather, through the Law we became conscious of SIN."

In Chapter 4: 4 we read: "Now when a man WORKS, His wages are NOT  credited to him as a gift, but as OBLIGATION 5 However, to the man who does not work but TRUSTS GOD who justified the wicked, his faith is credited as Righteousness."

David tells us the same thing "Blessed are they whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will NEVER Count against him" Please compare this to Psalm 32: 3-5; Eze. 18: 23, 27-28;, 32;  33: 14-16.

Abraham wasn't justified by Law - was he?

But in saying that - God did inform Jewish nation on many occasions that He  will go to other nations - because of Israel's rejection of Their God.

Not only that, but in Isaiah 1: 8-16 we read that God has enough of sacrifices, Sabbaths etc ( please read the entire chapter, I’ll only quote few verses) , where He is warning the people to change from their ways & not be like the people of Sodom & Gomorrah.

-11 – He (God) states “To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? Saith the Lord; I am FULL of burnt offerings of rams, & of fat fed beasts ; I delight NOT in the blood of bulls & or of lambs, or of the goats.

-13 – Bring No MORE vain oblations (meaningless offerings); incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons & SABBATHS, the calling of assemblies,  I cannot  away with; it is INIQUITY, even the solemn meetings..

-14-  Your new moons & your appointed feasts my soul HATETH; they are a TROUBLE unto  me; I am weary to bear them.

Even at Isaiah's time God had enough of these festivals  & ceremonies. What He ALWAYS WANTED – is our faith in Him, without any other outward expressions of our works for Gods acceptance of us into His realms.

In 1 Samuel  15: 22{this whole chapter is good reading & see how God rejected Saul as His king because he disobeyed Him} =

"but Samuel replied: 'Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings & sacrifices as much as in OBEYING the voice of the Lord? To OBEY is better than Sacrifice, and the HEED is better that the fat of rams. 23 For rebellion is like the sin of Divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have REJECTED the WORD of the Lord, He has Rejected you as king'."

In chapter 16: 7 we read "But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected  him. THE LORD DOES NOT LOOK AT THE THINGS  MAN LOOKS AT. MAN LOOKS AT THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE, BUT THE LORD LOOKS AT THE HEART."

IN ECCLESIASTES 7:29 WHERE DAVID IS SPEAKING & SAYING "THIS ONLY HAVE I FOUND: GOD MADE MANKIND UPRIGHT, BUT MEN HAVE GONE IN SEARCH OF MAN SCHEMES."

IN Ecc. 8: 5 we read "Whoever obeys his command will come to no harm, and thewise HEART will know the proper time and procedure."

God is after our HEART CONDITION to be turned to Him & NOT TO FOLLOW Man made rules & regulations.

In Jeremiah 4:4 we read where Lord is speaking: "Circumcise your self to the Lord. CIRCUMCISE YOU HEARTS....."

In Chapter 5: 30 :A horrible and shocking thing  has happened in the land: 31 The prophets prophesy lies, the PRIESTS RULE BY THEIR OWN AUTHORITY AND MY PEOPLE LOVE THIS WAY. But what will you do in the end?"

In Ezekiel 11:19 & 36:26 Lord tells people to do this: "I will give you a NEW HEART and put a new SPIRIT IN YOU; I will remove from you a heart of STONE  & give you a heart of FLESH."

Please read Jer. 7: 6-15 also. & 23: 9-32

I Jeremiah 31: 31-34 we read where Lord is speaking: "The time is coming, Declares the Lord, 'when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I mad with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke me covenant, though I was a house to them, declares the Lord. this covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time declares the Lord. "I WILL PUT MY LAW IN THEIR MINDS & WRITE IT ON THEIR HEARTS. I  WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY WILL BE MY PEOPLE. No longer will man teach his neighbour, or man his brother, saying, KNOW the Lord, because they will all know me from the least of them to the greatest," declares the Lord." For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.

Writer of Hebrews 8 & 10 confirms this NEW COVENANT.

In Hebrews Ch 10: 1-28,  we find Paul confirming this, by stating that Jesus is the FINAL SACRIFICE for every man. The Law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming & not the realities themselves. When Jesus come into this world , He stated (v-5) Sacrifices & offerings you (GOD) did desire, but a body you prepared for me :  with burnt offerings & sin offerings you were not pleased. Then Jesus made Himself available as it was written in the scroll.

The Law required SIN Offerings to be made, Then God the Father set aside  the FIRST Covenant to Establish the Second & by that will , we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of JESUS CHRIST “ ONCE FOR  ALL”.

Book of Hosea is a really good study also - Lord many times warns Israel & Priests to REPENT & RETURN TO GOD - But as the Priests increased - so did their sins. Hos. 4: 6-7 {paraphrased by me}. I Chapter 5: 1 :Lord tells Priest to PAY ATTENTION  as His Judgement is against them Because they didn't listen to God - yet every time they got in to trouble they called out to God fro help verse 6. They were UNFAITHFUL to the Lord & their New Moon Festival will devour them. Verse 14 & 15 are also good reading.

IN Hosea 2:23 Lord states that He will Show His Love to the one who is not His Chosen Nation / People "You are my People; and they will say, YOU ARE MY GOD"   - See Romans 9:25 regarding this prophecy.

In Hosea 1:9 - 10 we read  that Lord tells us that we gentiles who were NOT His people will be called "Sons of the Living God."  Lord wanted us all the time - But His chosen nation didn't want to Follow Gods Laws as He instructed them - but as they made them so He promised that ALL will be saved through His Grace & NO PRIESTLY REGULATIONS.

In Isaiah 10: 22 - 23 & 28: 22:  Lord tells us that _ even though Israel will be like the sand by the sea {many} ONLY FEW WILL BE SAVED & ONLY FEW will return to GOD as Lord will carry out destruction upon His Chose Nation because they rejected Him.

In Isaiah 1:9 we read & confirm that ONLY few will be saved & this was because Lord told them that because of their rebellion against Him. Only few would return. Israelites listened to priests who wanted to USE their own rules & regulations against Gods people & He didn't like that. So He informed them time & time again - But they would not listen.

Even today - may priests super impose their own rules & regulations so to take people away from God. I hope that YOU are not one of them!
 

Now that we have the NEW Covenant, God writes His Laws upon our mind &  heart & He no longer remembers our Sins or lawless acts.

Anyone who rejected the Law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony  of 2 or 3 witness. “How Much More Severely do you think a man Deserves to be Punished who has trampled the SON of GOD Under Foot, Who has  treated as  unholy thing the blood of the Covenant that sacrificed Him, & who  has Insulted the Spirit of Grace  Heb. 10 – please read the  entire chapter, emphasis mine.
 

Therefore – ‘Let us then approach the throne  of Grace with confidence,  so that we may receive mercy & find Grace to helm us in our time of need Heb 4;16  Lets face it – if there was nothing wrong with the first covenant, there would have been no need for the second. Heb. 8:7.

When Paul was teaching Jewish leaders & people of His time - He was always confronted with the Circumcision issue. Jews would always say - to the Lord - " LOOK! here is my circumcision. Here  are my works. Give me the salvation I have.

Paul would turn around & say:

"Not the labour of my hands Can FULFIL thy law's demands;
Could my zeal no respite know,
Could my tears for ever flow,
All for sin could not atone:
Thou must save, and thou alone.

Nothing in my hand I bring,
Simply to the Cross I cling:
Helpless. look to thee for Grace;
Foul, I to the fountain fly;
wash me Saviour or I die."
 

While Jews wanted everyone to became a JEW FIRST & then they could be saved!!

Jews would argue that the greatest thing in their national life was LAW - which was given to MOSES.

The thing that MUST BE REMEMBERED is this!!
 

The FOUNDER of Their Nation wasn't Moses - but Abraham.

Now - when we look at this - how as it that ABRAHAM gained a Favour of God?  He didn't have the Law - So he couldn't have gained it by KEEPING THE LAW - Could HE? No!

The law was given to Moses some 430 years later - therefore Abraham Gained it some other way!

Yes he did & it was BY FAITH IN GOD that he gained his favour!!!

Yes Abraham did the walk when HE OBEYED God's command = To go & offer His son for sacrifice, But It wasn't ABRAHAM who said to God - here I am God, I Believe in You & I love you so much - that I will offer my son as sacrifice to show you how much I love you. Did He?

No at all - Abraham was Given a Command from God to go & do it & without hesitation he went & OBEYED GOD'S INSTRUCTION.

Big difference there - Abraham believed that God would resurrect his son - because God gave him HIS Promise that God would build a LARGE Nation from Abraham's Son. Every time Abraham was asked what he was going to offer as sacrifice - he said -God will provide & God did - didn't HE??
 

 God does not need anything as He is the Giver of life. He Gives everything of Himself to us. From one man he created every nation. God did this so that MEN Would seek Him & Perhaps reach out for Him & Find Him, though He is NOT FAR FROM ANY PERSON! Acts 17 24: 28 {paraphrased by me} -

IS HE NEAR YOU??

Paul tells us this in Galatians 2: 15- 21 {paraphrased & emphasis mine please read the entire passage]. "We who are Jews by birth and not Gentile Sinners. Know that a man is not Justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ and not by observing the law, BECAUSE BY OBSERVING THE LAW NO ONE WILL BE JUSTIFIED. ..... I Do not set aside the Grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ Died For Nothing."

Consider Abraham:  HE Believed God & it was CREDITED to him as righteousness. Understand, then, that those who believe are children of Abraham. Scriptures foresaw that God would Justify Gentiles by faith, and announced the Gospel in Advance to Abraham: ALL NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED THROUGH YOU. So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, The man of FAITH." Gal 3: 6- 9 - This passage is referring to genesis 12: 3; 18:  22: 18:18;  26: 4 :

"All  who rely on observing the law are under the cures, for it is written: Cursed is everyone who does not continue to DO EVERYTHING written in the Book of Law. Clearly No one is justified before God by the law. because the righteous will live by FAITH" - Gal.  3: 10- 11 See Deuteronomy 27: 26!!

James informs us in James Ch 2: 8- 10: "If you really keep the royal law  found in Scripture. "Love your Neighbour as yourself," you are doing right. But if you show favouritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as law breakers. For who ever keeps the whole law and YET STUMBLES IN JUST ONE POINT is Guilty of breaking ALL of it."

"Christ redeemed us from the Curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for as it is written: Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.. he redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through  Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit." Gal 3: 13 - 14. See Deuteronomy 21: 23 about the curse.

The law was added because of Transgressions UNTIL the seed to whom the promise referred had come. Law was placed in charge to LEAD us to Christ that we may be justified by faith. Now that FAITH has come, we are no longer under the the Supervision of the law. YOU are all Sons of God, Through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of YOU who were baptized into CHRIST have Clothed Yourselves with Christ. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." Gal 3: 19 - 29  Paraphrased,  please read the entire passage.

When the  time had FULLY Come, God sent His SON, Born of a Woman, BORN UNDER the LAW, TO REDEEM THOSE UNDER THE LAW, that we might receive the full rights of sons.  The Spirit who calls out ABBA FATHER. So You are NO Longer a slave but a son: and because you are a  son, God has made you a heir. Gal 4: 4-7.

Anyone who is in Christ then He / She  is a NEW Creation. The Old Is Gone & the NEW HAS COME. All this is from God who reconciled us to himself Through Jesus Christ. 2 Cor 5: 17-18.

Neither circumcised nor uncircumcised means anything; What counts is NEW CREATION Which is lead by the Spirit. When we are led by the Spirit Sinful desires of the flesh disappear. Gal 5: 16 & 6: 15. [paraphrased by me]

God made us alive  with Christ.  He Forgave us our sins having CANCELLED the written code, with regulations, that was against us and stood opposed to us; He Took it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public sceptical of them, triumphing over them by the cross. Therefore do not let ANYONE judge you by what you eat or drink, or regards to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ." Colossians 2: 16 -  17.

They forbid people to marry & order them to to abstain from certain foods, which GOD CREATED to be Received WITH THANKSGIVING by those who believe and who know the TRUTH. for everything GOD CREATED IS GOOD, and nothing is to be Rejected if it is received with Thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God. If you point these things to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the Truths  of the faith and of good teaching that you have followed." 1 Timothy 4: 3- 6

Writer of Hebrews tells us in Ch. 7: "The former Regulations is set aside because it was weak and useless. For the Law made nothing perfect, and better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God. When God swore  an oath in Numbers  23: 19 & 1 Sam. 15: 29 & Psalm 110 - He told us that He will not change His mind when he gives us new Priest who will redeem us forever. Therefore Jesus is able to save us COMPLETELY. So  those who came to God Through him Have Eternal Promise of eternal life with Him In His Kingdom.

Christ DIED Once for all - so to take away the sins of EVERYONE & when He appears again he will bring Salvation to those who are waiting for Him.

Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses. How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and who has insulted the Spirit of Grace Lord will judge His people & it is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Heb. 10: 26-31 - please read the entire passage.

Without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God, because anyone who comes to Him MUST BELIEVE that He exists & that He Rewards those who earnestly seek him. Heb 11: 6

John writes & tells us that he writes His Letters "Because YOUR SINS are forgiven on the ACCOUNT of Jesus' name. Anyone who DENIES JESUS is a liar, such a man is ANTICHRIST - he denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father: Whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. We do Not Nee any teacher as we have His Anointing & HE will & Is teaching us. He is Not counterfeit as He will not Deny himself - only Man will deny him. 1 John 2: 22 - 27 & 2 Timothy 2: 11-13

Paul goes on to tell us In Romans 6: 14 that "For sin shall not be your master, because YOU ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW, But Under GRACE."

Romans 7: 4 - 6 "So, my brothers, you also died to the law through the Body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we we might bear fruit to GOD. For when we were  controlled by the sinful nature, the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in our bodies,  so that we bore fruit for death. But now by dying to what once bound us, we have BEEN RELEASED from the Law so that we serve in the NEW Way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code."

Romans 13: 9 - 10 "The commandments Do Not commit adultery, Do not murder, Do Not steal, Do not covet, and WHAT EVER Other commandment there may be, are SUMMED UP IN THIS ONE RULE; Love Your Neighbour as your self. Therefore  LOVE is the FULFILMENT of the Law."

Note how Paul Tells us that ALL Commandments are covered in LOVE Your neighbour!!

Jesus tells us in Matthew, 22: 37 - 40 "Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all the heart and with all your soul and with all your mind". This is the First & the Greatest Commandment. and the second is like it: "Love your neighbour as your self." ALL THE LAW & PROPHETS HANG ON THESE TWO COMMANDMENTS.'"

Please Note That ALL THE LAW & PROPHETS HANG On the LOVE & Not any Outward expressions in front of OTHER People. Please read Matt. 23: 1 - 39 & Mark 12: 38 -40 see what Jesus said about those who Exalt them selves in the synagogues.

 Mark 12: 29 - 31; Jesus said this: "The Most Important one," answered Jesus. 'Is this: Hear O Israel, The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with All your HEART and with All your soul  and with All your strength'. The second is this: 'Love your neighbour as your self.' There is no commandment Greater that these."

Please note that There is NO COMMANDMENT GREATER Then These two!!

Then Jesus goes & Gives us a NEW Commandment in John 13: 34 "A NEW Commandment I give you: Love one another. As I HAve Loved you, so you must Love one another. By This ALL MEN will know that YOU are my disciples, if you Love one another."

There is No where that Jesus tells us that w e are to Keep 10 commandments - LOVING GOD & Our Neighbour is the COMPLETENESS of The Commands, Because LOVE DOES NO HARM TO ANYONE!!

"Love is patient, Love is Kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps NO RECORD of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the Truth. It always protects, always trusts, always Hopes, always perseveres. Love Never Fails. But where there are Prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. for we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfection comes, the Imperfect disappears.. And now these three remain: Faith, hope & Love. But the GREATEST of THESE IS LOVE." 1 Cor. 13: 4 - 13

"Therefore, my brothers & sisters, I want you to know that Through jesus the Forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through Him EVERYONE who believes is Justified from EVERYTHING you could not be justified from by law of Moses. take care that what the prophets have said does not happen to you:." Acts 13: 38 - 40. See Col. 2: 13 - 18 again please.

"For is there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, NO Place would have been SOUGHT FOR Another. But God Found Fault with the People and said: The time is coming, declares the Lord, when I will  make a new covenant with the House of Israel etc. Heb 8: 7 - 13 -Please read the entire passage - Jesus had Himself sacrificed ONCE For ALL - So to take away the sins of MAny people. Heb. 9: 28. Romans 1: 29 -31 - There are 9 sins mentioned. Galatians 5: 19 - 21 there are  7 sins mentioned 2 Timothy 3: 1-4 8 sins mentioned & In all occasions there is no Mention of Not Keeping the Sabbath as a Sin!!

Dear readers - LOVE Covers ALL the Commandments of God - God is  LOVE - So when we Love we do not harm anyone. Our Heart is set Right with God when we LOVE HIM & Our Neighbours.  There is Nothing that we can do to attain our salvation as it IS A FREE GIFT OF GOD through His Grace - UNLESS WE WANT TO BOAST ABOUT IT.. Ephesians 2: 8-9

Before I finish on this subject I would like you to read the following passages On Sin Mark 7: 20 - 23  There are 13 sins mentioned.

When we read the Bible we have to consider many aspects of each passage  & verse. In this, we have to consider - when  in Jesus’ ministry did he  make the statement 1) in the beginning  or 2) in the end ??

In this case it was in the beginning of His ministry & of course He did  not finish every thing, nor did He come to destroy the Law. As a matter of fact He made it even harder for us. In the 10 Commandments for  example – we are told not to commit adultery – In the New covenant – If we even “THINK” of committing adultery, we are guilty of sinning.

In the 10 commandments – it was a case of eye for an eye – in the New  Covenant, if someone kills our loved one we are to “Turn The Other Cheek & Forgive them.

Now tell me which is easier to do, to turn the other cheek to someone  who has KILLED your Loved one or to stone them to death ??

WE  are so fortunate/ Blessed  & we MUST be ever so thankful to Jesus  for dying on the Cross for us & helping us to come into the heavenly realms  to be with Him & His Father.. PRAISE THE LORD- Hallelujah.

Not only is this statement made in the early ministry but also we HAVE  TO cross-reference it to what it actually means. The concordance in the Bible (KJV) refers it to Luke 16:16-17. There it states  - that – The Law  & the prophets were until the John  ( the Baptist) & since that time the  kingdom of God is preached, & every men perish into it.

That is:  New Dispensations was  added to the old & we are to abide & live these new dispensations.

Let's also look at what Jesus states at his death on the cross – in John  19: 30  “IT IS FINISHED” – not to be continued in any way, but – It is  Finished. Everything that was written in the OT that He had to do tofulfil all the prophecy  & He did it. Now turn to Luke  24:44 - 53 – to  confirm the OT prophecy.

We are saved through the work that Jesus did on the Cross, His shedding  of perfect human blood that has  obtained our eternal salvation and not keeping one special day or circumcision or going door to door etc.  ( If this is what you want to do that’s OK it is between you and God, assoon as you start to tell others that this is the way to attain salvation then you are going beyond the scriptural writings)

Being justified FREELY by His GRACE through the redemption that is in  Christ Jesus whom God had set forth to be the propitiation (reconciliation) through “faith in  His  blood” to declare His righteousness for the remissions of His sins that are passed, through the forbearance  of God. Romans 3:24-25 Other passages I recommend to read on this 1 Pet 1:18-19, Heb 13:12-13  &20, 1 John 1:7-9.

But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were far off are made nigh by  the blood of Christ. For He is our peace, who hath made both one and hath broken down the middle wall petition between us. Having ABOLISHED in His flesh the enmity, even the law of Commandments  contained in ordinances; For to make in Himself of twain one  new man, so making peace. Eph 2  :13-15.

For by the Grace are ye saved through faith; and not of yourselves; IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD, NOT OF WORKS, least any man should boast. Now I ask you if it is a gift of God then how can you earn your way. For a gift is a gift and not something you have to work and pay for.

Bible teaches us that we can use the entire Bible for learning and cross-referencing and not just a few verses  here and there to suit our own teaching. 2 Tim 3:16.  If we use a verse here and a verse there, here a bit there a bit,  then we become like those of  2 Tim 3:5-9.
