Some notes and comments on various Biblical texts some have used to promote the doctrine of the Trinity. The main approach that will be used to arrive at a proper balanced view of these texts is based on the FACT that the Bible interprets itself.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE SEE -V- 5 ALSO:

"THE DAYS ARE COMING, IS THE UTTERANCE OF JEHOVAH, & I WILL RAISE UP TO DAVID A RIGHTEOUS SPROUT. AND A KING WILL CERTAINLY REIGN AND ACT WITH DISCRETION AND EXECUTE JUSTICE IN THE LAND.

-V- 6 - "In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel itself will reside in security. And this is his name with which he will be called, Jehovah Is Our Righteousness."

This is a verse that some say points to Jesus being Jehovah, because "his name" [Jesus] will be called "Jehovah" is our righteousness. Is this the case? Is Jesus to be called "Jehovah?"

AGAIN WE SAY – JEHOVAH TELLS US THAT THIS IS TO BE SO - & NOT SOME PERSON

– IN VERSE 5 IT IS JEHOVAH WHO IS MAKING THIS STATEMENT – SO WHO IS THIS AUTHOR TO QUESTION WHAT JEHOVAH DECLARES TO BE THE TRUTH?

I KNOW THAT JEHOVAH DOES NOT LIE - SO WHY WOULD HE MAKE SUCH A  STATEMENT IF IT WASN'T SO? JEHOVAH TELLS US THIS  IN ISAIAH 45:19

 Well first let it be noted, that this is a verse that trinitarians  use to say Jesus is Jehovah primarily because of the accuracy
of the New World Translation. Why?

NOT  TRUE  - FIRST OF  ALL IF NWT WAS SO ACCURATE - THEN WHY DOESN'T THIS AUTHOR ACCEPT THE TRUTH & JUST SAY THAT AS THIS VERSE SAYS JESUS IS JEHOVAH & LEAVE IT AT THAT.

OBVIOUSLY HE HAS THE PROBLEM WITH IT BECAUSE  NWT TRANSLATING COMMITTEE HAVE MADE AN ERROR OF JUDGEMENT BY RENDERING THE WORD LORD AS JEHOVAH. IF THEY DIDN'T DO THAT THEN WE WOULDN'T BE HERE. WOULD WE??

THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE AT BEST!!

SECONDLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY IT IS  JEHOVAH WHO MAKES THE STATEMENT & CHRISTIANS JUST POINT IT OUT TO THE UNWARY.

Because at this verse, the four Hebrew consonants, YHWH, called the Tetragrammaton, are translated Jehovah in the NWT, but LORD (in small capital letters) in most other translations. Thus, they will use Jehovah's name when it supports their
unbiblical teachings, yet fight about it's use in their own translations, saying LORD is more accurate. Funny huh? With that having been said, lets move on.

NOW WE ARE DESIGNING THE TRUTH – WE NORMALLY WOULD INFORM THE READER THAT THIS PASSAGE IN KJV & NIV TELLS US THAT IT IS THE LORD WHO IS TALKING & THAT JESUS WILL ALSO BE CALLED LORD. THIS AUTHOR MAKES THINGS UP = WE JUST EXPOSE THE NWT INCONSISTENCIES.

WHY IS IT A BAD THING TO EXPOSE THE WT & GB FOR WHAT THEY ARE?

THEREFORE WHEN WE POINT TO THIS PASSAGE IN THEIR OWN LITERATURE – ONE WOULD THINK THAT THEY SHOULD BELIEVE IT – BUT NO – THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES AS IT PLEASES THEM. FUNNY HEY!! BUT EVEN WORSE THEY BLAME OTHERS FOR POINTING OUT GB MISTAKES - HMMMM

This verse reminds us of our discussions of Matthew 1:23, where a title is given, yet it hardly is anindication of a personal identity. Please see the comments on Matthew 1:23 for a further discussion along of this line of thought.

SO – WHEN ONE IS GIVEN A "TITLE" – OR "NAME" TO IDENTIFY US IN OUR MANHOOD – WE ARE TO IGNORE IT & MAKE SOMETHING ELSE UP AS WE GET OLDER – INTERESTING IDEA. MAYBE WE ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT TITLE THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE OF – MAY BE OUR NAMES ARE NOT AS WE KNOW THEM – HMMMMMMMMMMM?? MAY BE YOU ARE NOT WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE ?????

ANOTHER GOOD PASSAGE TO COMPARE THIS TO IS MATTHEW 3: 3 IN NWT!!

Now to say that this verse, because it is speaking about Jesus having a title of "Jehovah is our Righteousness," means Jesus is Jehovah is a rash conclusion. How can we say this?

WE DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING – JEHOVAH DID IT FOR US – DIDN’T HE?  PLEASE REMEMBER VERSE 5.

By simply letting the Bible interpret itself. Let us look at another usage of this very same title shall we?

NOW WE WILL MAKE SOMETHING ELSE UP SO TO DEFUSE THE SITUATION. - BUT WHEN WE ALLOW THE BIBLE TO INTERPRET ITSELF - THERE IS NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE - ALL THAT WE HAVE TO DO IS ACCEPT GODS WORD - FOR IT IS GOD WHO IS TALKING IN THIS VERSE. HE MUST KNOW WHO HE IS!!

Jeremiah 33:16 reads: "In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem itself will reside in security. And this is what she will be called, Jehovah Is Our Righteousness.'"

SORRY FOLKS - BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE LOOK AT HOW THIS VERSE REALLY READS & WE MUST START AT VERSE 15 AS THEN YOU WILL SEE THAT THIS PASSAGE HAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MEANING - BUT WHAT ELSE IS NEW??

 "IN THOSE DAYS AND AT THAT TIME I WILL MAKE A RIGHTEOUS BRANCH SPROUT  FORM DAVID'S LINE ; HE WILL DO WHAT IS JUST AND RIGHT IN THE LAND 16 IN THOSE DAYS JUDAH WILL BE SAVED AND JERUSALEM WILL LIVE IN SAFETY. THIS IS THE NAME BY WHICH IT WILL BE CALLED:  THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. 17 FOR THIS IS WHAT THE LORD SAYS: 'DAVID WILL NEVER FAIL TO HAVE A MAN TO SIT ON THE THRONE OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL'."

LORD SAID THIS BECAUSE OF HIS INTIMATE  RELATIONSHIP WITH JERUSALEM - SO HE IS CALLING THE NATION BY HIS NAME!!

Now here we see the very same usage of this title, "Jehovah is Our Righteousness." But to whom is it applied? Notice please it is to "she" that is called "Jehovah is Our Righteousness." Who is this "she?" Or, as some other translations say, "it." Certainly, it is not Jesus, for Jesus is not a "she," or an "it" is he? Of course not! It is referring to "Jerusalem," the capital of Israel. By having Jehovah's  blessing, and protection, Jehovah indeed was the "Righteousness" of Israel. Both in Jeremiah's time, and our time today, as he is the Righteousness of the "spiritual nation" of Israel that is circumcised of the heart. Romans 2:29.

FIRST OF - NOTICE CLOSE MENTION TO THE WORD "SHE" IN THIS PASSAGE - YET WHEN WE POINT TO THIS WORD "SHE" IN PROVERBS 8 & 9 - "SHE" DOES NOT COME IN TO PLAY - FUNNY THAT HEY. THAT IS WHAT I CALL BEING REALLY SELECTIVE & PICKY WHEN TO USE WORDS TO SUITE OUR OWN MEANING.

SECOND: DOESN’T JEHOVAH HAVE A CHOICE TO CALL YOU, ME OR ANYONE HE PLEASES BY THE NAME JEHOVAH?

IF HE DECREES IT THEN IT WILL BE SO.

JUDAH HAS ALWAYS BEEN HIS CHOSEN NATION AND GOD  IS TELLING US HERE THAT THAT WILL BE SO AND WHO ARE WE TO DISAGREE WITH HIM?

IF GOD TELLS OTHERS THAT YOU AND I ARE EQUAL TO HIM AND OTHERS TO GIVE US GLORY,  IT IS HIS PREROGATIVE TO MAKE ANYONE ELSE HE CHOOSES EQUAL TO HIM.

Thus we conclude that these words of Jeremiah 23:6 have to do with the "Righteousness of Jehovah," that resides inside of Jesus Christ as God's chief spokesman.

 NOT AT ALL!! TWO DIFFERENT PASSAGES & HENCE TWO DIFFERENT CONTEXTS OF EACH PASSAGE – THEREFORE WE CAN NOT CONFUSE THE TWO DIFFERENT PASSAGES AS "ONE" CONTEXT ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE NOT RELATED. -

The very same way the capital of Jerusalem emulated Jehovah's Righteousness. Remember, it is Jesus who is the one, who is designated to sit on God's throne as his appointed king. (Please see comments on Hebrews 1:8,9) The very one who comes in Jehovah's name! (Matthew 21:9) Jehovah's blessings thus emulate from his appointed King. Because the very name of Jesus
means: "Jehovah is Salvation."

PLEASE DO NOT READ INTO ANY PASSAGE OR WORD THAT IS NOT THERE. PLEASE READ THE PASSAGES IN THEIR "OWN" CONTEXTS & NOT ALLUDING TO ANYTHING THAT IS NOT THERE.

AGAIN I SAY - IT IS YOUR CHOICE!!  YOU CAN FOLLOW MAN OR GOD ALL THAT I CAN DO IS ASK YOU.

PLEASE DO NOT GO AGAINST WHAT GOD SAYS IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. HE WILL NOT DENY HIMSELF BUT YOU CAN DEN HIM ALL THAT YOU WANT.

WHEN GOD SAYS THAT IT IS HE WHO IS COMING - THAT HIS NAME IS JEHOVAH AS PER NWT'S OWN TRANSCRIPTS = THEN IT IS WISE TO BELIEVE GOD & NOT SOME MAN WHO DOES NOT AGREE WITH HIM.
