Some notes and comments on various Biblical texts some have used to promote the doctrine of the Trinity. The main approach that will be used to arrive at a proper balanced view of these texts is based on the FACT that the Bible interprets itself.

"He is the reflection of [his] glory and the exact representation of his very being, and he sustains all things by the word of his power; and after he had made a purification for our sins he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty in lofty places."

NIV RENDERS IS LIKE THIS:

“THE SON IS THE RADIANCE OF GOD’S GLORY AND THE “EXACT REPRESENTATION” OF HIS BEING. SUSTAINING ALL THINGS BY HIS POWERFUL WORD. AFTER HE HAD PROVIDED PURIFICATION FOR SINS, HE SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE MAJESTY IN HEAVEN.”

KJV HAS IT RENDERED LIKE THIS:

“WHO BEING THE BRIGHTNESS OF HIS PERSON, AND THE “EXPRESS IMAGE” OF HIS PERSON, AND UPHOLDING ALL THINGS ALL BY THE WORD OF HIS POWER, WHEN HE HAD BY HIMSELF PURGED OUR SINS, SAT DOWN ON THE RIGHT HAND OF THE MAJESTY ON HIGH.”

LIFE APPLICATION BIBLE HAS THE PASSAGE RENDERED LIKE THIS:

"THE SON REFLECTS GOD'S OWN GLORY, AND EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM REPRESENTS GOD EXACTLY. HE SUSTAINS THE UNIVERSE BY THE MIGHTY POWER OF HIS COMMAND. AFTER HE DIED TO CLEANS US FROM THE STAIN OF SIN, HE SAT DOWN IN THE PLACE OF HONOR AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE MAJESTIC GOD OF HEAVEN."

Some say this verse means that Jesus is God because Jesus is the "exact representation of his very being." Is this the case? [YES THIS IS THE CASE] Let us take a look: (Please see Colossians 1:15 for additional discussion)

WE DO NOT NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE – THE PASSAGE TELLS US EVERYTHING THAT WE NEED TO SEE.

AGAIN I BRING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION - THAT WORD OF GOD IS TELLING US THAT JESUS IS THE EXACT IMAGE OF HIS FATHER - AS IN JOHN 17: 11-12 JESUS & HIS FATHER HAVE THE SAME NAME!

I CHOOSE JESUS ANY DAY OVER SOME MEN WHO DENY HIM HIS GLORY & DEITY!!

Notice first that Jesus is the "reflection of [His] (the Father's) glory." This word translated "reflection" is the Greek word "apaugasma." This word means "reflection, radiance, beaming forth from." Just as a reflection or radiance of something is NOT the source, Jesus also is NOT the source of God's glory. Thus Paul shows that Jesus is not God.

NOT TRUE FOR SOMETHING TO BE OF “HIS RADIANCE” THEN IT MUST BE THE SOURCE OF THAT RADIANCE. OTHERWISE IT IS NOT THE SAME SOURCE, BUT SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

AN EXAMPLE BEING - YOUR OWN RADIANCE - [YOUR OWN REFLECTION] IS REFLECTED IN THE MIRROR EVERY TIME YOU LOOK YOUR SELF IN THE MIRROR. IF IT ISN'T YOUR RADIANCE THEN IT ISN'T YOU, BUT SOMETHING OR SOME ONE ELSE.

Next we move to the word translated "exact representation," which is "character." This word means "to bear the imprint of the stamp, marked likeness, precise reproduction in every respect." The "character" is "that which bears the imprint of the stamp that is pressed onto the soft clay seal by the king, or royalty to mark the scroll or letter as authentic and sanctioned by the king. " It is NOT the stamp, but rather the "vessel," or "seal of clay" which bears the imprint. (See comments on John 17:3 under John 1:1 for further details) The "stamp" in this verse, is God's "very being," the Father himself.

PLEASE NOTE VERY CAREFULLY THE MEANING OF THE WORD!!

IT IS - TO BEAR AN IMPRINT OF STAMP - OK OR THE EXACT REPRESENTATION OF THE THE IMPRINT!!

NOT THE STAMP IT'S SELF!!  BIG DIFFERENCE THERE - OK!!

 JESUS IS NOT THE “STAMP” EITHER, HE IS THE “EXACT REPRESENTATION” OF THE “SEAL” ITS SELF.

JESUS IS NOT THE HANDLE OF THE STAMP AS THIS AUTHOR ALLUDES TO, BUT IN ESSENCE THE “EXACT” STAMP “PRINT” THAT IS USED AS A MARK OF RECOGNITION FOR OTHERS TO SEE THAT IT IS FROM “ORIGINAL SOURCE.”

THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BEING THE STAMP HANDLE & THE “IMPRINT” ITSELF. ISN’T THERE?

The Greek word "hupostasis," meaning "substantial quality, essence, reality, being," is what Jesus bears the "imprint of." Jesus is not the STAMP, but rather, the one that bears the IMPRINT *OF* the stamp. Thus Jesus is NOT the original, but a "copy,
marked likeness, or precise reproduction" of the original. [WHICH ONE IS ? HE CAN NOT BE BOTH!!] If Jesus were the God of the Universe, Jehovah, he could NOT be referred to as a copy or reproduction of the original, he
*WOULD BE* the original. But the Bible does not say that, now does it? HE IS NOT!!

DEAR READERS, JESUS IS NOT THE COPY OR REPRODUCTION OF ANYTHING. THE AUTHOR SAID IT HIMSELF THAT JESUS THE “IMPRINT OF” THE STAMP.

WE ARE NOT COMPARING THE STAMP HOLDER, BUT THE “IMPRINT” IT SELF.

THE FATHER IS NOT THE STAMP EITHER, HE IS THE “IMPRINT”  ALSO, ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE REASONING!! WHAT EVER THE FATHER IS SO IS THE SON.  JESUS HAS THE SAME NAME AS THE FATHER JOHN 17: 11-12

WHAT THE PASSAGE IS TELLING US IS THIS:

THE FATHER IS THE “SEAL” OF ALL THE TRUTH & THE “SON” IS THE “EXACT REPRESENTATION” OF THAT “SEAL” OR STAMP PRINT.

IF HE WASN’T’ THE “EXACT” REPRESENTATION OF THAT “SEAL” THEN HE WOULD BE SOMEHOW FLAWED & THE “SEAL” WOULD BE SOMEHOW DIFFERENT.

LET’S LOOK AT IT THIS WAY. WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR – DO YOU SEE THE EXACT” REPRESENTATION OF YOUR SELF? OR DO YOU SEE SOMEONE ELSE?

OF COURSE YOU SEE THE “EXACT” PRESENTATION OF YOUR SELF & “NOT” A “COPY” OF YOURSELF. FOR YOU TO SEE THE EXACT “COPY” OF YOURSELF – YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE LOOKING INTO A DUMMY RECONSTRUCTED IN YOUR LIKENESS.

ARE YOU A DUMMY OR A EXACT REPRESENTATION OF YOU IN THE MIRROR?? BE CAREFUL HOW YOU ANSWER THAT ONE -grin - :-))

IF WE COULD REPRODUCE FATHER IN A HUMAN FORM THEN JESUS IS  THE “EXACT” REFLECTION OF HIS FATHER.

THAT IS WHY JESUS SAID IN JOHN 10:30 “I AND THE FATHER ARE ONE” & IN JOHN 14: 9 “WHO HAS SEEN ME HAS SEEN THE FATHER ALSO.” –

"But when he again brings his Firstborn into the inhabited earth, he says: "And let all God's angels do obeisance to him."

WT INTERPRETING BODY HAS AGAIN MISS RENDERED THE WORDS HERE. THE PASSAGE IS RENDERED AS THIS IN NIV: “AND AGAIN, WHEN GOD BRINGS HIS FIRST BORN INTO THE WORLD, HE SAYS, “LET ALL GOD’S ANGELS “WORSHIP” HIM.”

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WORD IS “WORSHIP” & NOT “OBEISANCE.” AGAIN & AGAIN THE WORDS ARE NOT RENDERED ACCORDING TO THE “TRUTH” OF GOD, BUT TO “SUIT” WT TEACHING & DENYING THE DEITY OF CHRIST.

"AND THEN, WHEN HE PRESENTED HIS HONOURED SON TO THE WORLD, GOD SAID, 'LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM." AS IT IS RENDERED IN LIFE APP. BIBLE - NIV & KJV SAY THE SAME THING!

This is a verse that has a lot of trinitarians believing that Jesus is God. Why?

ALL CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS GOD, BECAUSE HE TELLS US THAT HE IS. JESUS WILL NOT DENY HIMSELF 2 TIMOTHY 2: 1-13 - SO HOW CAN WE DENY HIM IF WE WANT TO LIVE IN HIS KINGDOM?  WOULD YOU ACCEPT ANYONE IN TO YOUR HOUSE HOLD - IF THEY CONTINUED TO DENY WHO YOU REALLY ARE??

Well, because mainly of what is said at Revelation 22:8,9 which reads: [NOT TRUE! WE ARE DISCUSSING HEBREWS PASSAGE & NOT REVELATION!  BUT AGAIN WE HAVE TO TAKE THE READER FORM QUESTION AT HAND} "Well, I John was the one hearing and seeing these things. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel that had been showing me these things. But he tells me: "Be careful! Do not do that! All I am is a fellow slave of you and of your brothers who are prophets and of those who are observing the words of this scroll. Worship God." So, as the line of reasoning goes, because the angel told John to Worship God, if the angels are commanded to worship Jesus in Hebrews 1:6, then Jesus must be God. After all, it was the angel that told John to Worship God wasn't it?

LET’S LOOK AT WHAT NWT TELLS US ABOUT THIS WORD “WORSHIP”. IN REVELATION 14: 7 WE READ

“SAYING IN A LOUD VOICE: ‘FEAR GOD AND GIVE HIM GLORY, BECAUSE THE HOUR OF THE “JUDGEMENT” HAS ARRIVED, AND SO “WORSHIP” THE ONE WHO MADE THE HEAVEN & THE EARTH AND THE SEA AND FOUNTAINS OF WATERS.’”

DEAR READERS – ACCORDING TO NWT & THIS AUTHOR – JESUS IS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE HEAVENS & EARTH & EVERYTHING IN IT.

YET HERE THE ANGEL TELLS US THAT WE ARE TO “WORSHIP” THAT SAME PERSON. THERE IS NO OTHER CONCLUSION, BUT THAT JESUS IS THE ONE THAT SHOULD BE “WORSHIPPED.” IT’S JUST THAT THE WT TRANSLATING COMMITTEE MISSED THIS VERSE IN REVELATION.

IN NWT, REVELATION 19:4-6 WE READ

“AND THE 24 ELDERS & THE 4 LIVING CREATURES FELL DOWN AND “WORSHIPPED” GOD SEATED UPON THE THRONE, AND SAID: “AMEN! PRAISE JAH, YOU PEOPLE!”

5 ALSO, A VOICE ISSUED FORTH FROM THE THRONE AND SAID: “BE PRAISING OUR GOD, ALL YOU HIS SLAVES, WHO FEAR HIM, THE SMALL ONES & THE GREAT.

6 AND I HEARD WHAT WAS AS A VOICE OF A GREAT CROWD AND AS A SOUND OF MANY WATERS AND AS A SOUND OF HEAVY THUNDERS. THEY SAID: ‘PRAISE JAH. YOU PEOPLE, BECAUSE JEHOVAH OUR GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, HAS “BEGUN TO RULE” AS KING.”

 PLEASE NOTE THAT IN BOTH OF THESE VERSES IT ARE REFERRING TO JESUS.

JESUS IS THE ONE WHO HAS “BEGUN TO RULE” AFTER HIS ASSESS ION IN TO HEAVEN. FATHER WAS ALREADY THERE.

REMEMBER THAT JESUS & HIS FATHER HAVE THE SAME NAME JOHN 17: 11- 12

Is this true? BIBLE IS WRONG AGAIN FOLKS!!

Is Jesus Jehovah because he is commanded to be given worship? Let us consider this line of thinking in more detail, letting the Bible interpret itself.

First we need to look at the word translated "worship." It is the Greek word "proskuneo." What does it mean? Greek lexicons say the following: "to do obeisance to, show honor for, prostrate oneself, adore, welcome respectfully." So, in order to determine just what the angel meant at Revelation 22:8,9 as well as God's command to the angels at Hebrews 1:6, good Bible students do well to ask: "Does anyone in the Bible rightfully receive this "proskuneo," or worship, other than God?" Let us find out.

THE AUTHOR LEAVES OUT THE MEANING THAT IS USED OF ACT OF HOMAGE OR REVERENCE TO GOD. THAT IS “TO WORSHIP” AS IT IS DONE IN MATTHEW 4:10; JOHN 4:21-24; 1 CORINTHIANS 14:25 ETC. TO CHRIST AS IN MAT. 2;2,8,11: 8:2; 9: 18; 14:33; 15:25; 20:20; 28:9; JOHN 9:38; HEBREWS 1:6.

Let us note first, that this command to worship Jesus was given to the "angels"...not to man. So trinitarians do well to ask themselves, "Am I an angel?" Remember the *context* of this command is "that it was given to the angels, not mankind." But does mankind ever rightfully render 'proskuneo' to ones other than God? Let us go to the Bible.

 INTERESTING LINE OF THOUGHT. ANGELS, HIGHER BEINGS THAN HUMANS ARE TO
WORSHIP JESUS AND HUMANS ARE NOT. HMMMM!!

 YOU WOULD THINK THAT IF ANGELS WERE TO WORSHIP JESUS THAN WE LOWER BEINGS WOULD BE EXPECTED TO AS WELL.

JOHN GAVE WORSHIP TO AN “ANGEL” & ANGEL TOLD HIM DO NOT DO THAT – WORSHIP GOD ONLY. ELSE WHERE WE READ IN NWT THAT THIS WORSHIP MUST BE GIVEN TO THE CREATOR OF HEAVEN & EARTH WHICH IS JESUS.

SAME WORD IS USED IN REV. 19:4 & THIS TIME IT IS SUED TO "WORSHIP GOD" SO IT IS RENDERED CORRECTLY. SEEMS AS THOUGH WE PICK & CHOOSE AS WE PLEASE WHEN TRANSLATING GREEK IN TO ENGLISH  NOT USING THE 'SAME" RULE THROUGH OUT THE BIBLE.

Our first scripture is Exodus 18:7 which reads: "At once Moses went on out to meet his father-in-law, and he proceeded to prostrate himself and to kiss him; and they each one began asking how the other was getting along. After that they went into the tent."

Here in the LXX (the Septuagint, meaning 70, the Hebrew/Aramaic Scriptures translated into Greek), the word translated "to prostrate himself" is "proskuneo." So was Moses father-in-law God? Of course not!

NOT AT ALL, THIS PASSAGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HEBREWS 1:6.

THIS AUTHOR CONTINUALLY TRIES TO CONFUSE BY BRINGING IN TO EFFECT “UNRELATED” PASSAGES & REASONINGS.

IF WE CHOOSE TO KISS & PROSTRATE OUR SELVES TO OTHER MEN – ISN’T THAT OUR CHOICE? YES IT IS.

DOES IT MAKE US MORE RIGHTEOUS IN GOD’S EYES WHEN WE DO THAT? OF COURSE NOT.

JUST BECAUSE THE “SAME” WORD IS USED OF ME , YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IT DOES NOT FIT THE CONTEXT OF THIS PASSAGE.
GOD THE FATHER TELLS US THAT WE ARE “TO WORSHIP” HIS SON. OK – GET THAT IN TO YOUR OWN MINDS –GOD THE FATHER HAS TOLD US THAT WE ARE TO “WORSHIP” HIS SON.

ARE YOU GOING TO LISTEN TO “SOME” MEN OR GOD THE FATHER? THINK ABOUT IT REALLY HARD – AS THE ONLY WAY TO GOD THE FATHER IS “THROUGH” HIS SON. SO ARE YOU GOING TO LISTEN TO MAN OR GOD?  CHOICE IS YOURS ENTIRELY.

1 Chronicles 29:20 reads: "And David went on to say to all the congregation: "Bless, now, Jehovah YOUR God." And all the congregation proceeded to bless Jehovah the God of their forefathers and bow low and prostrate themselves to Jehovah and to the king."

Here we see the nation of Israel "bow low and prostrate" ("proskuneo.") before the King AND Jehovah. Was King David God? No.

NOW WE ARE REALLY STRETCHING THE GOD’S WORD. WHO DOES THE PASSAGE SAY THAT PEOPLE PROSTRATED THEMSELVES TO?

NIV HAS THE PASSAGE READ LIKE THIS:

“THEN DAVID SAID TO THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY, “PRAISE THE LORD YOUR GOD”. SO THEY ALL PRAISED THE LORD, THE GOD OF THEIR FATHERS; THEY BOWED LOW AND FELL PROSTRATE BEFORE THE LORD AND THE KING.”

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE PASSAGE FROM VERSE 1 TO END.

JUST BECAUSE THE KING WAS THERE & THEY WORSHIPPED LORD THEIR GOD, DOES THAT MEAN THAT THEY WERE WORSHIPPING THE KING? NOT AT ALL, THEY WORSHIPED THEIR GOD. WHAT WAS KING TO DO LEAVE? YEAH RIGHT!

1 Samuel 24:8 says: "So David rose up afterward and went out from the cave and called out after Saul, saying: "My lord the king!" At this Saul looked behind him, and David proceeded to bow low with his face to the earth and prostrate himself."

Here we see David "proceeded to bow low" ("proskuneo") to Saul. So is Saul God because he received worship or "proskuneo?"

SO WHAT! WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL, THAT IS HOW THEY DID THINGS BACK THEN.

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HEBREWS 1:6 – ONE REFERENCE IS TO GOD & ANOTHER IS TO MAN.

What about instances of "proskuneo" in the Greek scriptures? Do we have any record of others besides God receiving "proskuneo?" Revelation 3:9 reads: "Look! I will  give those from the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews, and yet they are not but are lying-look! I will make them come and do obeisance before your feet and make them know I have loved you."

Here we see the disciples are commanded by Jesus to receive "worship," or "proskuneo" from the unbelieving Jews. Does this mean the disciples are God as well? Of course not!

DEAR BROTHERS & SISTERS  – WITHOUT BEING A REAL PAIN – THIS AUTHOR EITHER HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT JESUS IS SAYING IN THIS PASSAGE OR HE IS TRYING VERY HARD TO CONFUSE THE ISSUE.

LET’S FACE IT: JESUS IS TELLING US THAT HE WILL MAKE “ALL” OF THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN HIM WILL BE MADE TO “WORSHIP” THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED ON BEHALF OF HIM.

ISN’T IT HIS CHOICE IF HE WISHES TO GIVE US THAT HONOUR. WE DIDN’T ASK FOR IT, HE GIVES IT FREELY & IT IS HIS CHOICE.

WOULDN’T YOU LIKE TO BE WORSHIPPED BECAUSE YOU ENDURED ON HIS BEHALF OR WOULD YOU RATHER BE DOING THE WORSHIPPING?

PLEASE NOTE THAT JESUS IS TELLING JOHN THAT THE UNBELIEVING “JEWS” WILL BE DOING THE WORSHIP OF THOSE WHO ENDURED FOR HIM & SPREAD HIS MESSAGE TO THE WHOLE WORLD.

So based on the above uses "proskuneo," Hebrews 1:6 could RIGHTFULLY be  translated: "pay him homage," "bow before him," "bow down to him," "honour him," or "do obeisance."

BY RENDERING IT “DO OBEISANCE TO” TAKES AWAY FROM HIS WORD. HE TELLS US IN REVELATION 22:18-19 THAT WE SHOULDN’T DO THAT.

WE SHOULD “WORSHIP” HIM ALL THE TIME, AND NOT FOLLOW MEN WHO DENY HIM HIS TEACHINGS.

So now that we have a better understanding of this word and its usage throughout the Bible, how can we fully appreciate what the angel said to John in the book of Revelation? For the fact remains, the angel DID say to worship God, and Jesus is commanded to receive worship!

NOTE: JESUS IS THE ONE THAT IS “COMMANDED” THE WORSHIP NOW!

SO WHY DID WE HAVE TO  GO THROUGH ALL THE UNRELATED PASSAGES FOR?

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH SIMPLER TO LEAVE IT AS IT IS IN THE WORD OF GOD.  WOULDN'T IT?

This then brings us to the next level of this discussion. In English, we can use one word to convey many different meanings, depending on the context of its use. For instance, I might say "I love to discuss this topic of the trinity." I might also say, "I love my bride." Now it is obvious (due to the context) that the love that I would have for the "discussion of the topic of the trinity" is not the  same type of love that I have for "my bride." However, if I were speaking in the Greek language, I would use two different words (that both mean 'love' in the English) to describe the actual type of love I was talking about. Regarding the love of the discussion of the topic of trinity, I would use the Greek word "agape", meaning "principle love." Now concerning the love I had for my bride, I would use the Greek word "eros." Meaning "romantic love." Both words mean 'love,' when used in the English, yet they are different types and degrees of love. The same is true for this word translated worship.

BUT WE ARE DISCUSSING THE WORD “WORSHIP” IN HEBREWS 1:6, BUT  AGAIN  THE AUTHOR HAS CHANGED HIS THOUGHT  FROM THE WORD "WORSHIP" TO THE WORD "LOVE".

THEY ARE DIFFERENT WORDS ALL TOGETHER. YES THERE ARE DIFFERENT WORDS FOR ‘WORSHIP’ IN GREEK GRAMMAR, BUT THEY ARE ALL DERIVED FROM THE SAME ROOT WORD. DEPENDING ON THE GRAMMATICAL CONTEXT THE ENDINGS CHANGE.

How can we be so sure of this? Because of what the Greatest Teacher who ever walked the face of the earth, told us at Matthew 4:10. There we read: "Then Jesus said to him: "Go away, Satan! For it is written, 'It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.'"

Here Jesus answers the trinitarian question by using two separate and distinct words that refer to worship. Notice what Jesus said to Satan: 'It is Jehovah your God you must worship, (proskuneo) and it is to him alone you must render sacred service
(latreuo).'"

THIS IS THE SAME WORD THAT IS USED IN HEBREWS 1:6, JUST A DIFFERENT GRAMMATICAL CONTEXT OF WORDS HAVE DIFFERENT ENDINGS IN OTHER LANGUAGES. JUST THE SAME WAY THEY ARE THE “SAME” WORD FOR EACH OCCASION.

ANOTHER INTERESTING POINT IS JOHN 12: 26 - ANYONE WHO DOES NOT GIVE SERVICE TO JESUS - THEN HIS FATHER WILL NOT HONOR THAT ONE!! WHO DO YOU BELIEVE JESUS OR THIS AUTHOR??

YES I AM BEING BLUNT HERE - BUT WHAT CHOICE DO WE HAVE?   TO FOLLOW MEN OR WHAT JESUS SAID??

Thus, Jehovah God does indeed receive 'proskuneo,' meaning 'honor, obeisance, or worship.' However, it is Jehovah God ALONE who also receives something else. It is the Greek word 'latreuo.' What does this word mean? Its meaning is: "sacred service, religious worship, religious service." Yes, this word is the "highest form of worship" that one can give and receive in the Bible. It is religious worship, or sacred service, and NO ONE but Jehovah God receives this anywhere in the Bible.

SORRY FOLKS - BUT AGAIN THIS IS NOT TRUE - JESUS TELLS US IN JOHN 12: 26 - THAT WE "MUST  SERVE" JESUS OTHERWISE HIS FATHER WILL NOT HONOR US!!

JESUS OWN WORDS - OK - HE MUST KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT - WOULDN'T YOU SAY?

THE REASON THAT “JEHOVAH” RECEIVES THIS WORSHIP IN NWT IS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE TRANSLATED THE WORD “KURIOS” AS LORD & THEN THEY RENDER IT AS THEY PLEASE IN TO “JEHOVAH” OR “LORD.”  WHEN EVER IT SUITED THEIR OWN TEACHING PRINCIPLES THEY ALTERED THE WORD TO MEAN “JEHOVAH” & WHEN IT DIDN’T OR THEY COULDN'T, LIKE IN JOHN 20:28 THEY LEFT IT AS “LORD.”

THIS IS AGAINST JESUS’ TEACHING & I KEEP SAYING IT, IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD.

YES, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF WORDS IN GREEK & HEBREW THAT HAVE ONLY ONE MEANING IN ENGLISH. THIS HOWEVER DOES NOT GIVE US THE RIGHT TO USE THIS LACK OF ENGLISH WORDS TO MAKE THINGS MEAN WHAT THEY DO NOT.

 Again, Jesus, Jehovah, David, Saul, the disciples, etc., RIGHTFULLY receive "proskuneo" (worship). However, only Jehovah God, the very God and Father of Jesus Christ (Micah 5:4; Revelation 3:12), receives the highest form of worship that one can
give. This ultimate form of worship is 'religious worship' or 'the rendering of sacred service', from the Greek word
"latreuo."

THIS IS NOT SO: IN JOHN 5:22 – 23; JOHN 14:6 ETC JESUS HIMSELF TELLS US THAT HE IS THE ONE THAT PROVIDES US WITH THE SALVATION. IN TURN IT WAS “HIS” SHED BLOOD FOR YOU THAT HAS PROVIDED YOU WITH THIS FREE GIFT & WE MUST THEN HONOUR & WORSHIP HIM JUST AS WE DO THE FATHER, WITH THE LEADERSHIP & TEACHING OF HOLY SPIRIT. OTHERWISE THERE IS NO HOPE.

ALSO = THE GOD THAT IS IN OT. IS THE ONE & THE SAME GOD WHO APPEARED IN THE FLESH - SEE MALACHI 3:1 & ZAC. 12: 10 - REMEMBER ALSO THAT NO ONE HAS SEEN THE FATHER - EXCEPT THE SON WHO EXPLAINED HIM TO US - JOHN 1: 18 & 6:46

 So it is obvious that the level or degree of 'proskuneo' that John was about to offer the angel at Revelation 22:8,9 was only to be given Jehovah God. NO – IT WAS RESERVED FOR “GOD” ONLY – THAT INCLUDES FATHER, SON & THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Now, in a futile attempt to deal with this truth, trinitarians say that Jesus also receives "latreuo" at Revelation 22:3. Is this the case? Let us look at this verse. There we read: "And no more will there be any curse. But the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in [the city], and his slaves will render him sacred service." THIS IS HOW NIV RENDERS IT:

“ NO LONGER WILL THERE BE ANY CURSE. THE THRONE OF GOD AND OF LAMB WILL BE IN THE CITY, AND HIS “SERVANTS” WILL SERVE HIM.”

PLEASE NOTICE THAT IT IS “SERVANTS” WHO WILL SERVE & NOT “SLAVES.” JESUS ONLY HAS SERVANTS, HE DOES NOT HAVE SLAVES. WE HAVE FREEDOM INCHRIST & NOT IMPRISONMENT AS SLAVES DO.

Notice that it says "and his slaves [see last comment]  will render him  sacred service" In this verse we very plainly see that the throne of God (Jehovah) and the throne of the Lamb (Jesus) will be in this city. Thus we see two distinct beings. {and so what else is new?} However, John said that one being, him, would receive 'latreuo.' Also we see no mention at all of the holy spirit in this verse [ because it is not necessary to have it there]. Notice the following two verses which read: "and they will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. Also, night will be no more, and they have no need of lamplight nor [do they have]
sunlight, because Jehovah God will shed light upon them, and they will rule as kings forever and ever."

Again we see that those who will rule with Jesus Christ in heaven as kings, will see "his face" (not their faces). This reminds us of Jesus words at Matthew 5:8 which read: "Happy are the pure in heart, since they will see God." {the word is BLESSED & not happy & we do see Him every day as He resides in our hearts}. Yes, those who are with Jesus in heaven, see God. And this is the import of this verse. Their attention to Jehovah God! Also we read that they would have "his name" (not their name) on their foreheads. {Because there is only one GOD by nature & NOT THREE}. This reminds us of Jesus' words at
Revelation 3:12 which read: "'The one that conquers- I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will
by no means go out [from it] anymore, and I will write upon him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which descends out of heaven from my God, and that new name of mine." Yes those in heaven receive the name of Jesus' God on their foreheads!

PLEASE NOTE THAT JESUS SAYS “ONE THAT CONQUERS” & NOT 144,000. THIS MEANS THAT “YOU” CAN BE IN HEAVEN WITH JESUS IF YOU CHOOSE TO FOLLOW HIM & NOT WT OK. PLEASE READ THE WORDS CAREFULLY AGAIN. I HAVE HIGHLIGHTED THEM FOR YOU.

Further, verse 5 says that it is Jehovah God who will shed his light upon them. Thus Revelation 22:3 does NOT indicate that Jesus receives "latreuo" at all. Only Jehovah God receives this highest form of religious worship, in the Bible.

YES IT DOES – JUST TAKE A LOOK IN YOUR “KIT” & YOU WILL SEE THAT THE WORD “Jehovah” refers to LORD. YES WE WILL BE WITH JESUS & HIS FATHER, WHO BOTH ARE GOD. JESUS USES RESPECT WHEN HE TALKS ABOUT HIS FATHER & HE CALLS HIM HIS GOD.

FATHER CALLS HIS SON GOD IN HEBREWS 1: 8 WHERE FATHER SAYS:

“BUT TO THE SON HE SAYS, ‘YOUR THRONE, O GOD, WILL LAST FOR EVER AND EVER, AND RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL BE THE SCEPTRE OF YOUR KINGDOM. 9 YOU HAVE LOVE RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED WICKEDNESS; THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS SET YOU ABOVE YOUR COMPANIONS BY ANOINTING YOU WITH THE OIL OF JOY.”  SEE VERSE 10-14 ALSO.

WHY WOULD THE FATHER CALL JESUS ‘GOD’ IF HIS DIVINITY WAS LESSER THAN THE FATHERS?

HE WOULDN’T BECAUSE TO GOD THE FATHER, JESUS WOULD NOT BE ‘GOD’. IF GOD THE FATHER CALLED JESUS ‘GOD’ WHEN JESUS IS A LESSER GOD, WE WOULD HAVE TWO GODS, BUT GOD THE FATHER SAYS THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD.

GOD THE FATHER WOULD CALL JESUS ‘GOD’ IF JESUS’ NATURE WAS EQUAL TO GOD THE FATHERS.

NOTE THAT FATHER CALLS HIS SON ‘GOD’. THAT'S LIKE WHEN WE HUMANS SAY - IT IS BY THE POWER OF THE HUMAN PERSON THAT YOU HAVE GAINED THIS POSITION. IT WASN'T BY THE POWER OF AN ANIMAL - BUT BY "HUMAN" POWER YOU WERE GRANTED THIS OR THAT

THE FATHER DOES KNOW THE NATURE OF HIS SON, DOESN'T  HE? NOTE ALSO THAT FATHER SAYS THAT JESUS IS THE ONE THAT IS SITING ON THE THRONE & JESUS’ THRONE WILL LAST FOREVER.

One other verse some have pointed to is found at Revelation 5:13,14 which reads: "And every creature that is in heaven and on earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all the things in them, I heard saying: "To the One sitting on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing and the honor and the glory and the might forever and ever." And the four living creatures went saying: "Amen!" and the elders fell down and worshiped."

 NOTE THE WORD WORSHIP.  THIS IS THE SAME WORD USED IN HEBREWS 1:6. WHO DID THE ELDERS WORSHIP??  THE LAMB & GOD - RIGHT!! DID THE ELDERS GIVE ANY LESS WORSHIP TO THE LAMB - THEN THE FATHER?

THE ANSWER IS NO! - THEY WORSHIPED THEM IN THE SAME WAY & AMOUNT OF WORSHIP.

SEE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLIGHTED WORDS - HMMMM  INTERESTING CONCLUSION - WOULDN'T YOU SAY?

Here we see that "to the One sitting on the throne (Jehovah) and to the Lamb (Jesus), the elders offer worship." Is this "worship" the highest form of worship "latreuo?"  The answer is no. The Greek word here translated "worship" is 'proskuneo.' Thus again we see that the trinitarian philosophy is simply not found in scripture.

THERE IS ONLY ONE KIND OF WORSHIP WHEN COMES TO GOD.

THAT IS THAT THE HEART CONDITION IS 100% ON FATHER, SON & THE HOLY SPIRIT.
YOU CAN NOT HAVE A DEGREE OF WORSHIP WHEN IT COMES TO GOD.

GOD KNOWS YOUR HEART CONDITION & IF YOU ARE SOME HOW WORSHIPING FATHER MORE THEN THE SON - THEY WILL KNOW.

THEY ALL ARE CO-EQUAL, YOU DENY ANY ONE & YOU HAVE LOST OUT & WILL BE ETERNALLY SEPARATED FROM GOD.

IF HOLY SPIRIT IS NOT LEADING YOU THEN YOU ARE TRYING TO “EARN” YOUR WAY IN & THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE AS YOU CAN NOT EARN SOMETHING THAT IS FREE. IF YOU DENY THE SON, THEN YOU DO NOT HONOUR THE FATHERS WORDS & HE IS NOT ABOUT TO CHANGE HIS MIND.

JESUS TELLS US IN 3:13 "ANYONE WHO HAS AN EAR, LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT SAYS TO HE CHURCHES."

DO YOU HEAR WHAT THE WORD OF GOD IS TELLING YOU - OR ARE YOU LISTENING TO WHAT MAN ARE TELLING YOU?

Thus we conclude that just because Jesus receives 'proskuneo,' worship, or obeisance, at Hebrews 1:6, and Revelation 5:13,14, this hardly means Jesus is Jehovah, as others in the Bible very plainly are shown to receive the same level of worship,
'proskuneo,' that Jesus receives.

"BUT TO THE SON HE SAYS, 'YOUR THRONE , O GOD, ENDURES FOREVER & EVER. YOUR ROYAL POWER IS EXPRESSES IN RIGHTEOUSNESS. 9 YOUR LOVE WHAT IS RIGHT AND HATE WHAT IS WRONG. THEREFORE GOD , YOUR GOD, HAS ANOINTED YOU, POURING  OUT THE OIL OF JOY ON YOU MORE THAT ON ANYONE ELSE. 10 AND, LORD, IN THE BEGINNING YOU LAID THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH, AND THE HEAVENS ARE WORK OF YOUR HANDS. 11 EVEN THEY WILL PERISH, BUT YOU REMAIN FOREVER .."

PLEASE NOTE VERY CAREFULLY WHAT THESE VERSES SAY ABOUT JESUS & HIS FATHER?

THEN COMPARE IT TO NWT!!!  NWT USES THE WORD "LORD" HERE AS IT TALKS ABOUT JESUS LAYING OUT THE FOUNDATION OF THE HEAVEN & EARTH.  NOT HIS FATHER - BUT JESUS!!

YET IN JEREMIAH 10: 11- 12 IT TELLS US THAT IT IS JEHOVAH WHO CREATED THE HEAVENS & EARTH & ANY OTHER god WILL PERISH, BUT JESUS LIVES FOREVER & EVER!!

These verses are used by trinitarians to say the Jesus was Jehovah because God allegedly calls the son, "God." Is this the case? Is Jesus called God, by Jehovah? Let us take a closer look.

DEAR READERS NOW FATHER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS SAYING.  WE MUST STRAIGHTEN   HIM ALSO.

Paul quotes the LXX of Psalms 45:6,7 and then applies it to Jesus. We read: "God is your throne to time indefinite, even forever; The sceptre of your kingship is a sceptre of uprightness. You have loved righteousness and you hate wickedness. That is why God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of exultation more than your partners."

I'LL BUT IN HERE!!  WHAT ANY GOOD BIBLE STUDENT WOULD DO IS STUDY PSALMS VERY CAREFULLY & HE /SHE WOULD COME TO AN UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS PSALM IS KNOW OR MORE COMMONALTY CALLED THE "MESSIANIC" PSALM.

REASON FOR THIS IS THIS: BECAUSE IT PROPHETICALLY DESCRIBES THE MESSIAH'S FUTURE RELATIONSHIP TO THE CHURCH, HIS BODY OF BELIEVERS & VERSE 6-8 FIND THE ULTIMATE FULFILMENT IN JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR.

Here this verse was originally addressed to Solomon who actually sat on God's throne of Judgement over the nation of Israel. Various translations of Psalms 45:6 read:

"Your throne is the throne of God." NEB

"Your throne is like God's throne, eternal." NEB 1971 ed.

"God has enthroned you for all eternity." REB

"Your divine throne." RSV

"God is your throne." BYINGTON

"Thy throne, which is of God." Harkavy THS

These translations help us to see that Solomon indeed sat on God's divine, royal throne. It was NOT his own literal throne, but rather one set up and enforced by Jehovah himself. Consider:

AGAIN THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COMPARING WHAT FATHER SAYS ABOUT HIS OWN SON. YES THERE WERE MANY PEOPLE WHO GOD CHOSE AS HIS PERSONAL MOUTHPIECES ON EARTH.

BUT THERE WAS ONE & ONLY ONE PERSON WHO SHED HIS OWN BLOOD FOR OUR SALVATION & THAT WAS GOD’S OWN SON.  SO FATHER ACKNOWLEDGES HIS SON WITH THE SAME HONOUR JUST AS ANY HUMAN FATHER SHOULD DO & NOW HE IS WRONG.

GOD IS FORBIDDEN BY MAN TO GIVE GLORY & HONOUR TO HIS OWN SON. WHAT NEXT WILL WE SEE?

MAN SITTING ON GOD’S OWN HEAVENLY THRONE & TELLING HIM THAT HE GOT IT WRONG & NOW MAN HAS TO TAKE OVER THE RUNNING OF GOD’S CREATION. I REALLY HOPE NOT!!!

 IF YOU WANT TO GIVE GLORY & HONOUR TO YOUR OWN SON = DO I HAVE ANY RIGHT IN TELLING YOU THAT YOU CAN NOT DO IT?  IF YOU GLORIFY YOUR SON JUST AS YOU GLORIFY YOUR SELF - DOES THAT SOME HOW MAKE YOU ANY LESS HUMAN - OR IS YOUR SON - SOME HOW LESS HUMAN & YOU HAVE TO GLORIFY HIM IN THE SAME DEGREE SO THAT PEOPLE WILL RECOGNIZE HIM AS YOUR SON??  JUST CURIOUS!!

1 Chronicles 29:23 tells us : "And Sol'o·mon began to sit upon Jehovah's throne as king in place of David his father and to make a success of it, and all the Israelites were obedient to him."

Yes, Solomon was the King who sat on God's literal, earthly throne during the time of his rule over Israel. However, because Solomon sat on God's throne, did this make Solomon God? Of course not! Again, Solomon's' throne was founded upon God's authority. And it was in this way that the statement is made: "God is your throne." Yes, in a very real and legally binding sense,
Solomon's' ruler ship was enforced {NOT BE FORCED, BUT GIVEN} and sanctioned by Jehovah himself. Remember, it was NOT Solomon's' throne, but God's. So when Solomon carried out his righteous judgements, it was as if Solomon spoke, and judged, as Jehovah himself.

WE MUST CLARIFY THIS – IT WAS  DONE “UNDER” GOD’S GUIDANCE. BUT AGAIN WE CAN NOT COMPARE GOD’S OWN SON & WHAT HE DID FOR US – WITH WHAT MAN DID LONG TIME AGO BEFORE WE WERE GIVEN GOD’S FREE GIFT OF GRACE. THERE IS NO NEED FOR GOD TO HAVE “INDIVIDUAL” HUMAN BEINGS AS “SOLOMON” TO DIRECT HIS PEOPLE TO HIM TODAY.

NOW IT IS DONE BY GOD HIMSELF UNDER THE GUIDANCE & TEACHING OF HOLY SPIRIT. THIS WAY WE HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AS HE IS RESIDING IN OUR HEARTS. WOULDN’T YOU LIKE TO HAVE THAT ALSO?

YOU CAN, JUST REPENT & ACCEPT GOD INTO YOUR HEART & HE WILL TECH YOU EVERYTHING JUST AS JESUS TOLD US IN LUKE 14:12; JOHN 14:26.

 Now let us shift our attention to Jesus Christ. Luke 1:32 tells us: "This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father."

THIS PASSAGE IS NOT RELATED TO HEBREWS 1: 8-9, BUT LET’S LOOK AT IT. AS IT IS RENDERED IN NIV:

"HE WILL BE GREAT AND WILL BE CALLED THE SON OF THE “MOST HIGH.” THE LORD GOD WILL GIVE HIM THE THRONE OF HIS FATHER DAVID, 33 AND HE WILL REIGN OVER THE HOUSE OF JACOB FOREVER; HIS KINGDOM WILL NEVER END.”

Here we see that it is Jesus who will be given this supreme ruler ship. But notice that Jesus is given the throne of David, his Father. Now, because this throne is referred to as being "David's," are we to imagine that David was JEHOVAH? Remember 1 Chronicles 29:23 tells us that it was Jehovah's throne. Yet, here we read it was David's throne. So whose throne is Jesus given?

WHAT WE HAVE TO DO IS UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS.

FIRST OF ALL IT REFERS TO THE TITLE “MOST HIGH” WHICH IN THE OT. & NT. WAS USED OF GOD [see verses 35, 76].  THRONE WAS PROMISED IN OT. TO THE MESSIAH WHO WAS TO BE A DESCENDANT FROM DAVID {2 Sam. 7: 13,16}. Mary was a descendent of DAVID, AS WAS JOSEPH – THEREFORE JESUS COULD BE CALLED THE SON OF DAVID.

NOW WE ARE NOT TO IMAGINE ANYTHING, BUT WE “MUST” UNDERSTAND THE WORD OF GOD. THE ONLY WAY THAT THIS CAN BE DONE IS BY HIM LEADING US & NOT BY FOLLOWING MEN WHO DENY HIS DEITY & RULER SHIP.

JESUS WAS GIVEN HIS THRONE THAT WAS RIGHTFULLY HIS BY INHERITANCE OF BEING GOD’S SON.

JUST AS OUR CHILDREN INHERIT OUR POSSESSIONS SO DOES THE SON INHERIT WHAT IS THE FATHERS.

FATHER IN THIS INSTANCE DOES NOT DIE AS WE DO, BUT FATHER IS PLEASED WITH WHAT HIS SON HAS DONE & HE GIVES EVERYTHING THAT IS HIS TO HIS SON. ALSO WE MUST REMEMBER THAT THE FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT WORK IN “UNISON” AND NOT AGAINST EACH OTHER. SO IN TURN SON WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM HIS FATHER AS HUMANS DO.

As we discussed above, God was the one who, at the insistence of the nation of Israel, set up the Kingdom throne arrangement over the nation of Israel. David was the King who, after Saul, remained faithful. Thus Jehovah made a covenant with David, that the promised seed would come through his line, the tribe of Judah. Because of this, the messiah would have the legal right to God's throne of ruler ship over his acquired people. (Ezekiel 21:27; Acts 2:30)

REMEMBER NO ONE HAS SEEN NOR HEARD THE FATHER. THE GOD IN OT IS JESUS. HE IS THE ONE WHO CREATED EVERYTHING IN HEAVEN & EARTH & HE IS THE ONE WHO WAS DOING ALL THE TALKING IN THE OT. JOHN 1: 18 & 6: 46.

Remember, David, Saul, Solomon, and all the others that sat on the throne in Israel were not literally Jehovah himself. These ones merely represented his authority over his people. In the same manner, Jesus sits on God's throne of authority, not as God, but as God's designated King.

NO, NO, NO: FATHER & SON ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME NATURE OTHERWISE THEY ARE OF DIFFERENT KIND.

We are reminded of Luke 19:38 which reads: "Blessed is the One coming as the King in Jehovah's name! Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest places!" {as it is rendered in NIV: “BLESSED IS THE KING WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD! PEACE IN HEAVEN AND GLORY IN HIGHEST!”} Yes, Jesus comes "as the King," but does he do so in his own name? NO, but in the name of his Father and God, Jehovah.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PASSAGE FROM VERSE 1 – 47 & YOU WILL GET THE WHOLE PICTURE. THIS PASSAGE IS TALKING ABOUT JESUS’ FINAL HURRAY ON THIS EARTH & ENTRY IN TO THE CITY OF JERUSALEM FOR WHOM HE WEPT.” AS THEY CONTINUED TO REJECT HIM}. YES HE DID COME IN THE NAME OF THE LORD, CLOTHED WITH “ALL” THE “DIVINE AUTHORITY,” COMMISSIONED FROM HEAVEN. LET US PRAISE HIM, LET GOD PROSPER HIM. HE IS BLESSED FOREVER & WE SHOULD SPEAK WELL OF HIM ALL OF THE TIME.

ALSO REMEMBER THAT JESUS & HIS FATHER SHARE THE SAME NAME "JEHOVAH" JOHN 17: 11-12.

This helps us to fully understand the King's reliance on Jehovah, his God. We see this in verse 9  of Hebrews 1 which reads: "You loved righteousness, and you hated lawlessness. That is why God, your God, anointed you with [the] oil of exultation more than your partners." {PLEASE READ VERSE 8 ALSO} Yes Jesus, as the one sitting on God's throne has one who is God to him! This hardly could be the case IF the trinitarian viewpoint of Hebrews 1:8 is correct. You see, one who has one who is God to him CANNOT be the Most High.

{ONLY TO THOSE WHO DENY HIM. DO YOU DENY HIM? REMEMBER HE WILL NOT DENY HIMSELF – AS THAT WOULD BE DENYING HIMSELF ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE HIS. HE CAN NOT DENY HIMSELF. 2 Timothy 2:11-13}

Yet, Psalms 83:18 says this about Jehovah:" That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the
Most High over all the earth."

The above verse as it appears in NIV. “LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU, WHOSE NAME IS THE “LORD” – THAT YOU ALONE ARE THE MOST HIGH OVER ALL THE EARTH.”

THERE IS NO WORD “JEHOVAH” – JUST THE RIGHT RENDERING OF THE PASSAGE.
 

Jehovah here is identified as being the "MOST HIGH." Thus, Jesus hardly can be Jehovah * if * he has one who is God to him, which is apparent and plain according to Hebrews 1:9 and other locations. (Revelation 3:12; Micah 5:4; John 20:17)

THIS AGAIN IS “ASSUMPTION” FROM THE AUTHOR’S POINT OF VIEW & WHAT GOD TELLS US. FATHER WOULDN’T TELL US IN HEB. 1:8 IF HE WASN’T SURE ABOUT WHO HIS ONLY SON IS. NOW WOULD HE?

Jesus is not the only one who sits on God's throne. This is a very important point to our discussion [NO IT’S NOT AS IT TAKES THE READER AWAY FROM WHAT IS BEING DISCUSSED} as some assume that Hebrews 1:8 is
actually the Father calling the Son "God" because of Jesus' sitting on  God's throne.

AGAIN THE AUTHOR IS TELLING US THAT OUR HEAVENLY FATHER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. SO WE MUST CORRECT HIM.

If this is so, then there are more than 3 persons in the Godhead. Let us look at what Jesus said at Revelation 3:21: "To the one that conquers I will grant to sit down with me on my throne, even as I conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne."

LET’S SEE THE TWO VERSES TOGETHER:

“TO HIM” WHO OVERCOMES, I WILL GRANT THE RIGHT TO SIT WITH ME ON “MY” THRONE, JUST AS I OVERCOME AND SAT WITH MY FATHER ON HIS THRONE. 22  “HE” WHO HAS AN EAR, LET “HIM” HEAR WHAT THE “SPIRIT” SAYS TO THE CHURCHES.”

NOTE THAT GOD WILL GRANT TO THE "ONE" WHO OVERCOMES & "NOT" SELECT FEW!!  BUT TO ALL WHO OVERCOME - THERE IS NO LIMIT SET HERE!!

Yes, we see that those that go to heaven sit down on Jesus throne "even as Jesus sat down with his Father on his throne!" So are we then to imagine the disciples that rule with Jesus in heaven as kings and priests, are God as well? Of course not.

{PLEASE READ THIS VERSE VERY CAREFULLY – IT SAYS “TO HIM WHO OVERCOMES” – NOT TO 144,000, BUT “TO HIM WHO OVERCOMES.” THAT MEANS “EVERYONE” THAT FOLLOWS JESUS’ WORDS & NOT TO SELECT FEW.

NOTE THAT JESUS SAYS “HIS” THRONE ALSO & NOT JUST FATHERS THRONE.

TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT VERSE 22 – IT SAYS, “HE" WHO HAS AN EAR LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE “SPIRIT” SAYS. HAVE YOU AN EAR THAT HEARS WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING TO YOU? HAVE YOU OVERCOME AS JESUS HAS? DO YOU WANT TO SIT “ON” JESUS’ THRONE? THE CHOICE IS YOURS & IT IS FREE. JUST LISTEN TO WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING & IT IS YOURS ALSO. DO YOU WANT THAT?}

And neither is Jesus God because he sits on his Father's throne.

{YES HE IS – JESUS & THE FATHER & THE HOLY SPIRIT RULE TOGETHER. DO YOU HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT IS TELLING YOU OR CAN YOU ONLY HEAR WHAT “SOME” MEN ARE TELLING YOU?}

(Revelation 5:9,10) The disciples are not the only ones who sat on God's throne. {YOU CAN BE THERE ALSO. DO YOU WANT TO?} Saul, David, and Solomon, have been discussed above, but notice there were others as Hebrews 1:9 states: "That is why God, your God, anointed you with [the] oil of exultation more than your partners."

{FOLKS PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AUTHOR IN THE SAME MANNER AS WT LEAVES OUT BITS & PIECES OF VERSES SO TO SUIT HIS OWN REASONING. THE WHOLE VERSE READS LIKE THIS:

“YOU HAVE LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED WICKEDNESS; THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS SET YOU ABOVE YOUR COMPANIONS BY ANOINTING YOU WITH THE OIL OF JOY.”  SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LEAVE THINGS OUT? IT COMPLETELY CHANGES THE ENTIRE MEANING OF THE VERSE IN DISCUSSION}.

Whom are these partners? If Jesus is God, does God have partners? No. Jesus is not God, {YES HEIS} and neither does God  does have partners.

{YES HE DOES - SON & THE HOLY SPIRIT & ANYONE WHO OVERCOMES WILL SIT THERE ALSO. JESUS TELLS US HIMSELF IN REVELATION 3:21-22}.

The partners here refer to those that have sat on God's throne and ruled as King over Israel {NOT SO – PLEASE REREAD THE REV 3:21-22}. Notice how Paul brought this to our attention t 1 Timothy 6:14-17 where we read: "that you observe the commandment in a spotless and irreprehensible way until the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ. This [manifestation] the happy and only Potentate will show in its own appointed times, [he] the King of those who rule as kings and Lord of those who rule as lords, the one alone having immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom not one of men has seen or can
see. To him be honor and might everlasting. Amen."

 PLEASE READ THE WHOLE PASSAGE FROM VERSE 11 TO 20. WE HAVE ALREADY COVERED THIS ONE ABOVE, BUT NOTE THAT “JESUS IS TO BE “MANIFESTED / APPEAR” & NOT “INVISIBLE RESIDING” IN BROOKLYN. AGAIN DEAR READERS THIS
HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HEBREWS 1:3-10 WHERE WE STARTED OFF “WORSHIPPING JESUS” AS HIS FATHER TELLS US.

 Here we read about Jesus being compared to "those that rule as kings, and lords."

NOT SO! IT TALKS ABOUT WHAT JESUS DID FOR US & THAT WE SHOULD BE MEN OF GOD UNTIL JESUS APPEARS AGAIN IN HIS FULL GLORY. WE ARE WARNED NOT TO DECEIVE ANYONE & TO TELL THOSE WHO ARE RICH IN THIS WORLD NOT TO BE ARROGANT TO THOSE LESS FORTUNATE THEN THEM.

Paul here shows us that when compared to such ones, he is the one who alone possesses immortality, or "life within himself." (John 5:26) This gift of immortality is one that he receives from his Father as does the disciples that are to be with him in heaven. (1 Cor. 15:50-54)

{DEAR READERS THIS IS ANOTHER ALLUSION OF THE AUTHOR, WOULD YOU PLEASE READ THE WHOLE PASSAGE & MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND}.

Thus we have to conclude that Jesus is being referred to in Hebrews 1:8 as the one who sits on God's throne of authority, just as his partners, the men of old like David and Solomon did.

NO – NO – NO - WE ARE NOT TO DO THAT AT ALL. WE ARE TO ASK FOR THE HOLY SPIRIT TO LEAD US TO HIS TRUTH & NOT FOLLOW THOSE THAT PRETEND TO BE OF GODLY DEVOTION, YET DENYING ITS EXISTENCE, 2 Timothy 3:5-7. I hope that I am driving this point home. There is no hope without Holy Spirit leading you, as you will only work from humans reasoning & not from God’s.

Further, Jesus cannot be the Most High God, for we read in Hebrews 1:9: "That is why God, your God..."

{NO- NO - NO – HERE IS THE VERSE AGAIN: “ YOU HAVE LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED WICKEDNESS; THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS SET YOU ABOVE …”   -NOTE THAT JESUS IS CALLED "GOD "HERE!!

Here we see very plainly and without objection, that Jesus has one who is God to him. Jesus is God's anointed king who rules God's Kingdom as he sits on God's throne. {TRUE} His ruler ship is one that will restore the earth to God's original purpose, a beautiful, peaceful paradise, while settling forever the issues raised in the Garden of Eden by Satan the Devil. (Psalms 37:29)

WE WILL BE IN HIS KINGDOM & HIS THRONE WHICH IS IN HEAVEN. WE WILL BE CHANGED FROM HUMAN FLESH TO SPIRITUAL BEINGS, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 19:1.

"And: "You at [the] beginning, O Lord, laid the foundations of the earth itself, and the heavens are [the] works of your hands. They themselves will perish, but you yourself are to remain continually;  and just like an outer garment they will all grow old, and you will wrap them up just as a cloak, as  an outer garment; and they will be changed, but you are the same, and your years will never run out."

These verses have some believing that Paul's words here mean that Jesus s the one who made the earth and the heavens by himself, the Creator. Thus, Jesus is the Jehovah of the "Old Testament." Is this the case? Let us examine these scriptures.

WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN THAT THIS IS SO. ALSO FATHER IS USING PAUL AS HIS “MOUTH PIECE,” BUT FATHER DOES NOT KNOW IF THE SON CREATED THE HEAVENS & THE EARTH & EVERYTHING IN IT. SO WE BETTER STRAIGHTEN HIM OUT AGAIN. IN THE PRECEDING VERSES FATHER DIDN’T KNOW WHO HIS SON IS & NOW HE HAS FORGOTTEN WHO CREATED THE UNIVERSE. WE ARE IN TROUBLE FOLKS!

As we have indicated in our comments concerning the scriptures above, Paul has been applying Hebrew prophecies to Jesus in the roles that he would fulfil as the promised Messiah.

NO – PAUL WAS BEING USED BY GOD AS HIS MOUTHPIECE TO WARN THOSE WHO REJECTED JESUS & WHAT WOULD COME TO THOSE WHO ACCEPTED GOD’S WORDS.

Here, we find the words taken from Psalms 102:25-27 which where were originally applied to Jehovah.

REMEMBER JOHN 1:3 WHERE JESUS IS ALSO ACCREDITED THE CREATION OF THE UNIVERSE & JOHN 5: 37:38 WHERE NO ONE HAS SEEN NOR HEARD THE FATHER. THEN PSALMS 102:25-27 & THE WHOLE OT IS REFERRING TO JESUS & NO ONE ELSE.

There we read: "Long ago you laid the foundations of the earth itself, And the heavens are the work of your hands. They themselves will perish, but you yourself will keep standing; And just like a garment they will all of them wear out. Just like clothing you will replace them, and they will finish their turn. But you are the same, and your own years will not be
completed."

Here we see the Psalmist attributes the work of creation rightfully to Jehovah. But if Jehovah indeed is the actual creator of the heavens and the earth, is it right for the apostle Paul to attribute the works of creating the heavens and the earth to Jesus? The answer is YES! Let us develop why.

FOLKS WHAT CAN I SAY. ONE MINUTE HE IS NOT GOD & THE NEXT HE IS. ONE MINUTE JESUS IS NOT THE CREATOR & NOW HE IS. WHAT DOES JEREMIAH 10: 10-12 SAY - TAKE ANOTHER LOOK & COMPARE IT TO THIS AUTHORS ALLUSIONS PLEASE??

As we revealed in our discussion of Colossians 1:15, Jesus was the instrument or means by which Jehovah created all [other] things.

NOT SO – JESUS CREATED “EVERYTHING – WE HAVE ALREADY ESTABLISHED THAT. THE WORD “OTHER” WAS INSERTED INTO THE ENGLISH SCRIPTURE AS IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN GREEK TEXT.

[which were not direct creations as was his only begotten son, Jesus] (see John 1:14 & Colossians 1:15-18 comments) Jesus was the one THROUGH WHOM Jehovah created the heavens and the earth. (Hebrews 1:2) The Greek word translated "through" at John 1:3 and Hebrews 1:2 is 'dia.' Notice please, what "A Manual Grammar of the Greek New Testament," has to say about this word, 'dia', on pages 102,162:

FOLKS – IF I DO SOMETHING “THROUGH” SOMEONE ELSE, THEN I DIDN’T PHYSICALLY DO IT, DID I?

WHAT I DID WAS GIVE “AUTHORITY” TO THAT SOMEONE TO DO “EVERYTHING” ON MY BEHALF. WHICH MAKES THAT PERSON THE CREATOR & ME JUST AS PERSON WHO HAS “GIVEN THE AUTHORITY” TO DO THE CREATING.

"Although 'dia' is occasional used to express agency, it does not approximate the full strength of  'hupo.' This distinction throws light on Jesus' relation to the creation, implying that Jesus was not the absolute independent creator, but rather the intermediate agent in creation......Jn 1:3......Heb. 1:2.....The Passive With Intermediate Agent. When the agent is the medium through which the original cause has effected the action expressed by the passive verb, the regular construction is [dia] with the genitive......All things were made through him. Jn. 1:3. Here God the Father is thought of as the original cause, and the [logos,
Jesus] as the intermediate agent. (emphasis mine)

NOT SO = “DIA” IS THROWN IN TO CONFUSE YOU & TAKE YOU AWAY FROM THE SUBJECT AT HAND WHICH IS HEBREWS 1:10-12 & NOT THE WORD “DIA.”  SEE LAST COMMENT ON THE WORD “THROUGH” HIM I DID THIS etc.

Thus, here we see that Jesus, according to the meaning of the word Paul used was "not the absolute independent creator, but rather the intermediate agent in creation." {NO- NO – NO, JESUS WAS THE CREATOR.}

Yes Jesus was the one "through whom" all things were created. NOW THE ANSWER IS YES – JESUS DID CREATE ALL THINGS. WOW.

MINUTE AGO - JESUS ONLY CREATED "ALL" OTHER THINGS & ALL OF A SUDDEN - JESUS IS THE CREATOR OF "ALL" THINGS & NOT JUST "ALL OTHER" THINGS. HMMMM!!

WOULDN'T BE SO MUCH EASIER TO ACCEPT WHAT GOD TELLS US & NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS CONFUSION OVER & OVER AGAIN & AGAIN?

This is further emphasized in Paul’s words at 1 Corinthians 8:4-6 {nothing to do with the subject at hand again folks} where we read: "Now concerning the eating of foods offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no God but one. For even though there are those who are called "gods," whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many "gods" and many "lords," there is actually to us one God the Father, out of  whom all things are, {Authority to do it} and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom “all” things are, and we through him."

THE CREATOR OF “ALL” THINGS. AGAIN PLEASE NOTE, THAT THE AUTHOR USES THE WORDS “ALL THINGS” & NOT “OTHER” THINGS. INTERESTING ISN’T IT?

Notice here, three points with regard to our discussion:

1: That the "One God" of the Christian Congregation is One Person,

{SORRY FOLKS NOT SO AGAIN – “CONGREGATION” IS NOT A PERSON, BUT A “BODY” OF PEOPLE}.

the Father. (not 3 persons like the trinity teaches)

OF COURSE FATHER IS NOT 3 PERSONS. HE IS ONE OF 3 WITHIN THE GODHEAD, SON & THE HOLY SPIRIT MAKE UP THE COMPLETE UNIT OF GOD. EACH ONE IS PERFORMING A DIFFERENT JOB.

2: That 'all things' come "out of" (ek) the Father.

3: And finally that 'all things' [created] were "through" (dia) the Christ.

NOTE AGAIN – “ALL THINGS CREATED” ARE PERFORMED BY JESUS & NOT JUST THE “OTHER” THINGS. WISH WE COULD MAKE UP OUR MIND, HEY!!!

Here then we see that Jesus is the instrument by which Jehovah created all things.

THE AUTHOR TOLD US IN THE LAST FEW SENTENCES THAT IT WAS JESUS WHO CREATED "ALL THINGS" & NOW AGAIN IT IS THE FATHER!!

ALSO JESUS IS "NOT" AN INSTRUMENT – JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD WHO CREATED “ALL THINGS” ON BEHALF OF HIS FATHER. AND MAY I SAY HE DID A GREAT JOB, BLESSED BE HIS NAME.

Remember what Paul said in the opening of his letter to the Hebrews in Chapter 1 verse 2: "[God] has at the end of these days spoken to us by means of a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the systems of things."

THIS MEANS THAT JESUS WAS THE CREATOR & HE WAS THE ONE THAT FATHER SPOKE TO US.

Thus Paul knew that it was Jehovah God, the God and Father of the one called the Son of God in heaven, Jesus Christ (Micah 5:4), who WAS the author, or originator of all things. He is the one who made the heavens and the earth through Jesus.

JESUS WAS GIVEN THE “AUTHORITY” TO DO EVERYTHING ON BEHALF OF HIS FATHER & JESUS WAS THE ONE WHO DID THE WORK WHILE THE FATHER WAS MARVELLING AT WHAT HIS SON DID.

Thus there could be no way for Paul's words eight verses later to in any way contradict what he already stated in verse 2.

HE DID NOT – ONLY SOME MISUNDERSTAND THEM AS THEY DO NOT AGREE WITH WHAT GOD IS TELLING US, AS IT WOULD MEAN THAT THEIR OWN TEACHING IS WRONG.

After a closer look at the verses, we conclude that Paul is not repeating the thought of Hebrews 1:2. Is Paul, then, saying
that Jesus is indeed the "Jehovah of the Old Testament," as some trinitarians hope? Not at all.

YES HE IS! WE HAVE JUST SHOW IT IN MALACHI 3 :1 - MATTHEW 3:3 ZAC 12:10 TITUS 2: 13 ETC

. But how can we prove this?

Taking another look at what the verse says, will help us answer our question. Notice: "And: "You at [the] beginning, O Lord, laid the foundations of the earth itself,  and the heavens are [the] works of your hands. They themselves will perish, but you yourself are to remain continually; and just like an outer garment they will all grow old, and you will wrap
them up just as a cloak, as an outer garment; and they will be changed, but you are the same, and your years will never
run out."

IN THIS PASSAGE THE FATHER IS USING PAUL AS HIS MOUTH PIECE TO DESCRIBE HIS SON TO US & WHAT JESUS DID CREATE  JESUS CREATED EVERYTHING. IT WAS SAID SO BEAUTIFULLY WASN’T IT?

Please let us look closely at the words highlighted in purple.

Paul is here providing additional information to us, concerning the magnitude and magnificence of Jesus now that he was
resurrected to heaven.

FATHER IS DESCRIBING JESUS FROM THE BEGINNING &  NOT AFTER THE RESURRECTION, PLEASE RE READ THE WORDS AGAIN.

Paul goes on to relate to us Jesus' possession of "immortality." This is indeed unique in that he did not have this prior to his coming to earth. YES HE DID, OTHERWISE HE COULDN'T NOT HAVE CREATED “ALL” THINGS.

(John 5:26 Romans 6:9) And unlike the creation that came about through him, which, if left to its own without Jehovah's
sustaining power, would wither and die,

{NOT SO, THIS AGAIN IS CONTRADICTING HIS OWN WORDS ABOVE. ALSO CONTRADICTS WHAT PAUL IS SAYING ABOUT THE SON IN VERSE 3 WHICH READS LIKE THIS “ THE SON IS THE RADIANCE OF GOD’S GLORY AND THE EXACT REPRESENTATION OF HIS BEING, “SUSTAINING “ALL” THING BY HIS POWERFUL WORD… etc.”  NOTE THAT JESUS SUSTAINS “ALL THINGS BY HIS POWERFUL WORD.”  THIS MEANS – THAT ALL JESUS HAS TO DO IS “SPEAK” & THINGS GET CREATED.  SEE GENESIS 1 WHERE HE SPEAKS & THE HEAVENS & EARTH ARE CREATED.

 he now possesses immortality (life within himself).  HE ALWAYS HAD IT. SEE LAST COMMENT.

This gift is also given to those who go to rule with Jesus in heaven. (Revelation 5:9,10; 1 Corinthians 15:54)

YOU CAN HAVE THIS GIFT ALSO IF YOU CHOOSE JESUS OVER SOME MEN. DO YOU WANT TO BE WITH HIM IN HEAVEN? JUST ACCEPT JESUS & ASK HIM TO RESIDE IN YOUR HEART & YOU WILL BE ON YOUR WAY & THEN HANG ON FOR YOUR DEAR LIFE & DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO SIDETRACK YOU FROM THAT FINISH LINE.

Remembering our discussions of Isaiah 9: 6, Isaiah 40: 3, we highlighted the fact that others in the Bible are said to possess titles or be spoken of, in one setting, yet  those words have a greater application later on, at another time, concerning another individual.

Yes Jesus Christ is indeed the one through whom the heavens and the  earth were made, and he will live forever as God's Only Begotten Son.

NOW THAT WE HAVE COME TO THE END – JESUS IS AGAIN THE CREATOR OF “ALL” THINGS.

"Just as he says also in another place: "You are a priest forever according to the manner of  Mel·chiz'e·dek."

Some believe that this text proves that Jesus is indeed "from eternity," without beginning or end. Is that the meaning of this text? Let us look a bit closer.

This verse is speaking of Jesus Christ and the role that he would play in God's Kingdom arrangement. Paul here helps us to see the unique position that Jesus would occupy. What was this unique position? Paul here calls Jesus a "priest," according to the
manner of Melchizedek. But why is this so unique? Have there not been others who were priests in God's earthly
arrangement? Yes they have. But not according to the manner of Melchizedek. WHAT THIS PASSAGE IS TELLING US IS THIS:

See Hebrews 7: 3 also

GOD THE FATHER APPOINTED HIM (JESUS) A PRIEST OF A HIGHER ORDER THAN THAT OF AARON. THE PRIESTHOOD OF AARON WAS TO BE TEMPORARY. THE PRIESTHOOD OF CHRIST WAS TO BE PERPETUAL:

THE PRIESTHOOD OF CHRIST WAS TO BE SUCCESSIVE, DESCENDING FROM THE FATHERS TO THE CHILDREN.

THE PRIESTHOOD OF CHRIST, AFTER THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK, WAS TO BE PERSONAL, AND THE HIGH PRIEST “IMMORTAL” AS TO HIS OFFICE WITHOUT DESCENT, HAVING NEITHER BEGINNING OF DAYS NOR END OF LIFE, AS IT IS MORE LARGELY DESCRIBED IN THE SEVENTH CHAPTER, AND WILL BE OPENED THERE.

ON THE FOLLOWING PASSAGE I WILL COMMENT BELOW.

Who then, was this Melchizedek and what was "his manner" that Jesus  would imitate? Hebrews 7:1,3 tells us: "For this Mel·chiz'e·dek, king of Sa'lem, priest of the Most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him. In being fatherless, motherless, without genealogy, having neither a beginning of days nor an end of life, but having
been made like the Son of God, he remains a priest perpetually."

Paul here tells us that Melchizedek was one that was "fatherless, motherless, without genealogy, having neither a beginning of days nor an end of life, and that he remained a priest continually." Does this indicate that Melchizedek literally had no mother or father? Of course not! For if he had no mother or father he would not have been able to live! Even Jesus said he had a Father. (John 20:17)

SO TRUE AS FAR AS OUR HUMAN MIND IS CONCERNED,  BUT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PASSAGE AT HAND.

ALSO = MELCHIZEDEK PRIEST - IS NOT RECORDED OF HAVING ANY PARENTS. HE APPEARS & DISAPPEARS JUST AS QUICKLY. THERE IS NO GENEALOGY OF HIS PARENTS ANYWHERE IN THE BIBLE.PLEASE READ ON!

So then, we ask: "Why did he not have a recorded genealogy? Well, notice  that at Hebrews 7:1, Paul says that Melchizedek was a "king of Salem." What is so unusual  about this? Paul tells us  that he also, "remained a priest continually." So here we see that he  was uniquely a "king and  a priest" simultaneously! What is so strange about this?

FIRST OF ALL:RABBINICAL WRITERS CONCLUDED THAT MELCHIZEDEK WAS SHEM THE SON OF NOAH. BUT AS TO WHY WAS HIS NAME CHANGED FROM? NO MENTION IS MADE OF IT.

CHRISTIAN WRITERS THINK THAT THIS WAS THE APPEARANCE OF SON OF GODHIMSELF. HE APPEARED TO ABRAM AS A RIGHTEOUS KING, OWNING A RIGHTEOUSCAUSE, AND GIVING PEACE.

THE MOST COMMONLY RECEIVED OPINION IS THAT MELCHIZEDEK WAS A CANAANITISH PRINCE, THAT REIGNED IN SALEM, AND KEPT UP THE TRUE RELIGION THERE; THE ARABIC CATENA GIVES THIS ACCOUNT OF MELCHIZEDEK, THAT HE WAS THE SON OF EBER, AND THAT HIS MOTHERS NAME WAS SALATHIEL, THE DAUGHTER OF GOMERR, THE SON OF JAPHETETH, THE SON OF NOAH.

MELCHIZEDEK IS ALSO MENTIONED IN PSALM 110:4, WHICH IS THE PROPHETIC OF CHRIST: “THOU ARE THE PRIEST FOR EVER AFTER THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK.”

THE REASON THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE THE GENEALOGY (MUM & DAD) OR BEGINNING OR END (AS IT IS MENTIONED IN HEBREWS PASSAGE) IS BECAUSE THE “PRIESTHOOD OF CHRIST,” IN IT’S INCEPTION, IS AFTER HIS OWN BEGINNING –
WHICH HAS NO BEGINNING OR END.

HE IS THE “ETERNAL GOD: HE COME OUT OF HEAVENS GLORY, THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, AND WE BEHELD HIS GLORY. WE HAVE IN MELCHIZEDEK A MARVELLOUS PICTURE OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

MELCHIZEDEK WAS A KING OF RIGHTEOUSNESS & HIS NAME SIGNIFIES THE RIGHTEOUS KING. JESUS IS A RIGHTFUL AND RIGHTEOUS KING. JESUS LOVES RIGHTEOUSNESS AND RIGHTEOUS PERSONS, & JESUS HATES INIQUITY.

MELCHIZEDEK WAS THE KING OF SALEM i.e.. KING OF PEACE (SALEM MAY ALSO REPRESENT JERUSALEM). SO IS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. HE CREATED PEACE, SPEAKS PEACE, IS OUR PEACEMAKER.

BOTH KINGS HAVE NO MOTHER & FATHER AS WE KNOW IT TODAY. THAT IS MALE & FEMALE WHO THROUGH “NATURAL” CONCEPTION GAVE BIRTH TO THEIR CHILD.

JESUS AS A MAN WAS WITHOUT FATHER, AS GOD WITHOUT MOTHER, WHOSE PRIESTHOOD DID NOT DESCEND TO HIM FROM ANOTHER, NOR FROM HIM TO ANOTHER, BUT IS PERPETUAL.

The law given to the Jews precluded anyone other than those from the  tribe of Levi from becoming priests. Also, it was only from the tribe of Judah, that those that would be kings would come. Hence, no king could ever be a priest, and no priest could ever become a king!

Paul here shows that Jesus would be a priest according to the manner of Melchizedek, in that Jesus would simultaneously be both king and priest. Jesus priesthood, like Melchizedek's, would remain continually. What would this mean? Well Melchizedek's priesthood remained continually in that there never was anyone who succeeded him in the role of king priest
from among those of the Israelites, even though his actual king/priesthood was many years earlier than Jehovah's covenant
made with the nation of Israel in 1513 B.C.E. (Genesis 14:18) So too, Jesus would never have one who would succeed him as a Priest over mankind.

BOTH ARE DESCRIBED FROM ETERNITY TO ETERNITY, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER. NO MOTHER & FATHER LIKE NATURAL CONCEPTION, BUT PERPETUAL / EVERLASTING EXISTENCE.

For Melchizedek most certainly did have a start to his life. The Bible simply does not include his genealogy.

Thus, his role of being a king and a priest, was unlike that of any imperfect human ever born. The Bible thus shows that Jesus' role as God's appointed king of his kingdom would be similar to Melchizedek's, in that he would rule as both a King and a Priest.

nation, and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth."

SEE REVELATION 3:19 – 22: YOU CAN BE THERE ALSO IF YOU DO WHAT JESUS TELLS US TO DO IN THESE PASSAGES.

Yes, those that go to be with Jesus in heaven, for all eternity, serve as both Kings (of the kingdom) and Priests! These ones rule with Jesus "over the earth." Their role in God's Messianic Kingdom is to be joint rulers as "kings and priests" alongside Jesus
"according to the manner of Melchizedek." Thus if we are to say that Jesus is "eternal" because Melchizedek's genealogy is not recorded and he is mentioned as being fatherless and motherless, .  then we have to say that the disciples are also God as they rule with Jesus in the very same manner as Melchizedek!

NOW WE ARE DREAMING AGAIN. WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANY SUCH THING. WHAT WE “MUST” DO: IS ASK THE HOLY SPIRIT TO LIVE IN OUR HEART & ALLOW HIM TO LEAD US IN TO ALL THE TRUTH & THEN WE WILL NOT MAKE ANYTHING UP.

Thus we conclude that Jesus' rule "according to the manner of Melchizedek" simply means he rules as both a king and a priest at the same time. Just like his ancient predecessor, Melchizedek!

YES, JESUS DOES RULE AS A KING & PRIEST, BUT THE KING & PRIEST WHO IS FROM “ETERNITY” TO “ETERNITY” – THE ONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE BEGINNING NOR END.
