Instructional Design Approach

Below are a couple of the models I used to follow, in my early days of instructional design work.

These days, I follow my own systematic approach which I developed myself from working on over 20 IT projects in Canberra and Brisbane.  I find it more practical and down-to-earth, and it is much easier to explain to people.
I am happy to explain it verbally to prospective clients, but I have not shown it here as I intend to publish it one day.
