Took over all systems and IT procedural
documentation, Intranet publications, forms, flowcharts
and graphics with minimal hand-over period (10 hours).
Responsibilities

To write user guides for all internal systems
and publish on corporate Intranet. Products used
FrameMaker, Frontpage, PageMaker, Photoshop 5.0,
CorelDraw, HTML, Dreamweaver, HDK, Word, Acrobat
Distiller and Exchange.

To design, typeset and output Insurance Premium
Notices and other large-volume forms and
documents using Compuset/Autograph software
which combines the typeset form with tagged data
from large databases for output to high volume
printers and enveloping machines with the use of
OMR marks.

client-server systems using HDK.
