Cost & Tutor: As advertised in our Newsletter, which are posted out 4 times a year, before Term commenses.
Class attendees are required to be current members of the University of the Third Age Brisbane Inc. and membership entitles you to go to any of the Brisbane U3A classes.

CREATIVE WRITING
Venue: Indooroopilly Library
The old saying “everybody has a story in them” is true. Learn to tell your stories and make them interesting in whatever expressive form you prefer - short stories, novel, poem.

MODERN HISTORY

Friday 10-12, 2nd Friday each month
VENUE: Moggill Uniting Church
Discussion on world history and other topical issues
Modern history from end Roman Empire


ANCIENT & MEDIEVAL HISTORY
Friday 10 -12 - 1st Friday in month
VENUE: Moggill Uniting Church.
Class studies covering the period from 7000 BC to about 1000 AD. Looking at many cultures from Mediterranean to Americas.

WORLD LITERATURE
Friday 10-12, 3rd Friday each month
VENUE: Moggill Uniting Church
Study poetry,plays,short stories,language,media.


ENVIRONMENTAL GEOLOGY
Friday 10-12, 4th Friday each month.
VENUE: Moggill Uniting Church.
Study of earth throughout time & discussion of current& past environmental issues & processes that have changed them. Teaching of basic science environmental issues, including genetics, and some aspects of
organic chemistry, climatology, and anthropology.

Wednesday 10.30-12.30, 1st Wed. each month

ART GROUP
Venue: Moggill Uniting Church
Mondays

BRIDGE -Class full.
Venur: Moggill Road, Bellbowrie.
Friday 1 - 3pm

COMPUTER CLASSES
Beginners Class 3.00 - 4.15pm
Advanced Class 4.15 -5.30pm
Both are every Thursday of School Term.
VENUE: Kenmore State High School.

HAND AND FOOT BOLIVIA
Monday 1.00-5.00pm
Venue: Mt. Ommaney Library
The game is an extension of the card game Canasta, with each
player being dealt 2 sets of cards, one the Hand, one the Foot.

PALMISTRY
From the art of fortune telling to the science of biometrics.
Venue: Indooroopilly Library Meeting Room.
Every Monday: Beginners Class 1 - 3 pm; Advanced Class 3 - 5 pm

DESKTOP PUBLISHING 2003
Venue: Kenmore High School
No classes in Term 3 - Resume Term 4.
