cups self-raising flour
½
cup cream
1
can lemonade (carbonated
soft
drink)

Method
Mix
all the ingredients together and allow to stand for at least 10 minutes.
Place
on a floured surface and roll out to approximately 1" thick with a rolling
pin. Cut into squares or rounds.
Place
on a cold, lightly greased oven tray, and bake at 200° C for 12 minutes.
Split,
and serve hot or cold with butter and jam.
