Garlic butter
125 g butter
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tblsp parsley chopped finely
¼ tsp freshly ground black
pepper
2 French loaves

Method
Mix the garlic butter ingredients
together.
Cut the French loaves into thick
slices, leaving the slices attached along the base of the loaves. Spread
the garlic butter on both sides of the bread slices. Wrap the loaves in
three layers of foil, and heat in a Medium oven for 15 minutes. Alternatively,
place the foil parcels on a hot barbecue plate and cook for 10 minutes,
turning frequently.
