cup low-fat or skim milk

cup yoghurt

chopped banana

tsp honey

tblsp wheatgerm

ice cubes

Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until
smooth.
Variations:
1. Instead of the banana, use the flesh of a mango, peach or 4 apricots;
alternatively, rockmelon, pawpaw or strawberries.
2. Omit the wheatgerm.
3. Add a raw egg.
