Fresh Fruit Crush


Ingredients

125 g strawberries
1 banana, chopped
flesh of 1 mango
flesh of 1 peach
2 tblsp fresh mint leaves
4-6 ice cubes

 

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and frothy.

Variations:
Try any combination of fresh fruits - pineapple, melon, watermelon, nectarine, apricot and passionfruit.
