Chicken Noodle Soup


Ingredients

3 chicken breast fillets, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 stick celery, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
12 small pieces broccoli
florets
100g baby corn, sliced
4 cups chicken stock
50g noodles
salt
freshly ground black pepper
 
 

Method

This recipe is for the microwave:

Place the prepared onions, celery, carrot, broccoli and baby corn in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Add two cups of the chicken stock, cover, and cook on High for 5 minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients, cover, and cook on High for 10 minutes.
