years. Some have been submitted by people I have "met" via the Internet.
The contributors to these pages are not professional cooks...they simply
enjoy food and cooking.

I have cooked
all the recipes on these pages, and I hope the photographs adequately display
the results. I have also included some information about the people who
have contributed recipes from around the world.
As people in
different countries use Metric and/or Imperial weights and measures, I
have provided a conversion chart for your convenience (link below).
Both conventional
and microwave approaches to cooking are presented. Adapt the recipes to
suit your preferred cooking processes and techniques.
