"Success" in a complex and uncertain world .....
How do we define and achieve success -- as individuals or in our organisations and communities as we approach the next century
Workshop abstract:Stewart Arnold
The "truth" about people: how do we get good information about them from other people?
It is difficult to know "what people are really like". Yet, "success" often depends on knowing the "truth" about people. This workshop will examine processes for collecting information about people from other people! Participants will take part in a structured game, in which we gather information about "person X"! We will then discuss the processes we used, a framework for such processes, and ways to use this framework, beyond ALARPM!
