Two identifiers of success are being organised and balanced. The organisational models currently used by businesses however, have little reference to human feelings.  To achieve a more balanced approach I extend a well-recognised organisational model with people-oriented elements.  Two years and fifty pages of applications later, I invite you to, reflect on your individual circumstances, try an alternative approach to strategic planning and develop a framework for a successful Australia, using the WLDAS Model.
