What is it about?In our complex world, creating a better future for communities, organisations and individuals can be accomplished by many different journeys. The | possible diversity (and similarity) in navigating this journey is evident in the approaches used by the four organisations sponsoring this conference. This conference offers participants an opportunity for professional development from recent research as well as experiencing the different approaches and skills of a variety of presenters. The focus will be individual, organisational and community development By valuing difference, learning from the past and acting effectively in the present we can create a better future.
Who should attend?This conference is for people who work with communities, organisations including non- profits, individuals, companies, government, etc. It is for facilitators, experienced and new, and others interested in what facilitation can offer to their personal, group or organisational lives. It is for anyone wanting to develop their skills and expertise in working with others or facilitating change and transformation - or looking at their skills in a different way. Whatever your journey or facilitation philosophy and/or process this conference enables you to network with people from around the world on similar and diverse journeys.
Conference highlights and key speakersThe conference will showcase an array of different facilitation techniques employed by international and national facilitators.
